Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Hong KongWe had a standard room and it is a bit on the smaller side but ok. If you need more space check for a larger room or suite.
Great hotel with excellent location right in the centre, many sights are within comfortable walking distance. The staff is very friendly and attentive. On my wife's birthday they sent bubbles and a birthday cake to the room along with a birthday greeting card. Rooms have a kettle and nespresso machine, every day a large bottle of water. There is a lovely rooftop bar and a fitness room with treadmills, bicycle, dumbbells and kettlebells and large mirrors, great for maintenance workouts. We really enjoyed our stay.

United StatesThe staff is amazing. Everyone goes out of his or her way to be helpful. The location provides easy access to many restaurants and shopping. The junior suite is roomy and well equipped. The 7th floor bar is a perfect place to enjoy a drink and have a snack. The roof top terrace has a view that must be one of the best in the old town.

I had gotten very sick and they did everything they could to accommodate me. It was the best customer service I've ever experienced. I left to go home to the states early and they took care of refunding me a night with booking.com. Although being sick, one of the best hotels around. Stay there!

When I came back to my room I had a cake, sparkling wine and a beautiful card wishing me Happy Birthday! They upgraded my room. Food was amazing. The rooftop view was the most beautiful view!
