Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Superb hotel in all respects. Beautiful, comfortable rooms very well maintained and cleaned. Location is in the heart of Bairro Alto but the rooms were quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful terrace on the roof for breakfast with tasty food.

SingaporeThey have a stupid door key system which involves heavy metal keys rather than plastic cards. It means having to hand the key into the desk all the time when leaving the hotel and limits on how many room keys you can have (for multiple travellers). The keys also struggle to be read by the sensors in the lifts which means most people have trouble operating the lifts.

Location for a tourism is simply perfect. You’re in the heart of where the best restaurants, bars and shops are. In fact, one might even think its too busy. But I believe that for most people looking to experience the city, this will be just right. I believe location is the best feature of the hotel. Ohh, and the breakfast is also pretty good!

ALL of the staff were exceptionally friendly and ready to help us in every way. There was usually a surprise from housekeeping when we returned from a long day… mint water, chocolates…The breakfast on the patio overlooking the Tagus was delicious with local specialties and tons of choices. Our room was quiet and comfortable and the bathroom had double sinks and double rain shower heads. Great mattress and lovely sheets with the hotel logo. Coming back to the hotel after a long day was always a joy!
