During our stay, we saw few cockroaches in the bathroom. One of them was very huge, we named it « oggy » so if someone see him, tell him « hey oggy ».

The garden was nice. It was easy to park.

In the room were a lot of COCKROACHES, in 2 days we killed 13 of them...!!

Check-in unfriendliness, long wait times, had an issue with the first room allotted as there were "cockroaches", then after insisting a lot over the phone, they agreed to change the room, else they were saying that nobody can clean it until the next day and expected us to stay in the cockroach filled room. On top of that, we had to wait for another 30 minutes for the other key to be delivered to the replacement room. Overall extremely unsatisfying experience and the unorganised management was unfriendly toward the customer.

Cooker did not work. Shower was tiny and loose - very hard to use. Was rather dirty (it needs a deep clean). Stairs a death trap for young children - no rails, stair gates or guards.

Check in process very bad. No on site manager. Had to call, told to call back. Call again told to wait. Took over an hour waiting in the cold and dark at night for over an hour. My suite had no heat and was pretty chilly this time of year.

Hand over of the key was not the best, lockbox would be a better option. Also no WiFi code left in the windmill had to track this down.

The windmill was lovely. Views from the top bedroom were fantastic. The grounds were were perfect.

The only problem that we got was the intolerable shouts we heard from the next door in the middle of the night until early hours of the morning so we could not sleep.

Resort is fantastic, clean and nice. Staff is wonderful.

The suite was well designed and had everything needed. Great shower. Pool was nice(tho cold at this time of the year).

The stairs were narrow and no rails 3 floors up toilet ground floor difficult to navigate. Some Plugs didn't work and standing light not working. Quirky place but probably better for the younger travelers.

Only minimal bedding and the heater didn’t work. The wifi didn’t connect.

The cleaners drop off towels every 5 days so we had to use dirty towels, and the water in the entire facility (both in the kitchens and bathrooms) didn’t work so we had to have cold showers for 5 days.

The property was large and very picturesque. The pool area was shared but my friends and I loved it and it never got busy.

There was no air con which wasn’t a problem during the day as the villa stays cool but at night we needed the doors/windows open & it was extremely windy some nights so lots of noise/banging doors. No curtain in 1 of the bedrooms so that became very warm. It would have been nice to have a table/chairs on the balcony. The coffee machine didn’t work.

Beautiful location away from the crowds of Albufeira. Great views from the top floor of 3-bed villa. You can see the sea from master bedroom. Gardens were lovely. Nice pool area & we had the pool to ourselves some of the time. The 3 bed villa is very spacious & over 2 floors with 2 bathrooms, a laundry room & roof top area.

Room too basic for 3 ppl second bed not even a bed just a small sofa which you can not even used as a bed. So disappointed. Not information about visiting places around. The place is not well look after, lack of maintenance and clines.

Beautiful location, at the highest point overlooking Albufeira. Out of the hustle and bustle of the town, with lovely views. Great facilities and very quiet.

I had to wait more than an hour to get the keys, although I had called half an hour before my arrival. Also, there was construction noise in another house.
