The breakfast was chaotic and not well organised. There’s a lot on the menu but almost all is missing and we had to wait for a refill which never can on same time.

This is one of the places where as soon as you walk into, you feel stylish. All services of a top end hotel in upside down decor (look for the swimming pool to have fresh air). Best place for lovers. In front of the theatre and a bar that close at 2 AM. Public parking just outside and there’s a small parking of the hotel- you’ll need to book in advance

Everything was wonderful - from welcome drink at the check-in, then beautiful bedrooms and very creative concept, then welcome message with our names and small pasteis de nata’s with strawberries for our special trip occasion, to very friendly communication and help.

Breakfast replenishment could be better. Waiting around for basics to be replaced. Would benefit from a kettle in room in addition to Nespresso machine.

Excellent. Friendly and very helpful staff. Spotlessly clean all over hotel . Lovely room with a balcony overlooking a small garden with tropical style plants. Quirky arty decor which we loved . Lovely breakfast,plenty of choice (super hot chocolate) ! and free refreshments and pastries available late afternoon. Quiet inside hotel despite with the soundproofing ! Left a birthday cake surprise for a family member ! Centrally located ,taking about 15-20 minutes to walk downhill to the river area. Had to get a taxi back as Porto is very !hilly.

Lots of variety for breakfast, very relaxing atmosphere. Loved the free snack in the afternoon option and also a glass of port upon arrival.

Having the toilet all glass. Would benefit from the bottom half been obscured more.

Centrally located. Close to good restaurants and tourist sites. Good comfortable rooms. Little touches like being able to get more bottles of water and coffee pods, whenever needed. If you were around complementary tea/coffee and pastries late afternoon. The staff were all fantastic. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always happy to help. I would recommend to everyone.

The Nescafe machine does not make very good cappuccino :)

I got "stuck" in Porto and needed to book 3 extra nights, so I had the occasion to live in 3 different room types- all were charming, comfortable, and quiet. At breakfast, the food was varied, fresh, and of high quality. Location is prime, right in the center of town. If you need to get to the river area, the descent is pretty steep.
