The comfort an amenities, a nicely styled hotel in a great and quiet neighborhood close to Cascais.

Location was a drawback. The quickest way to the beach was via 100 steps and footpaths were very rough. We regularly got a taxi back to the hotel which were very reasonable at approximately €5.

Hotel was very clean. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels.

The hotel is looking tired and worn. Time to be updated. No on site parking but we did find a spot on the street.

Very spacious rooms. Spotlessly clean! The breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, etc prepared for you. Staff was friendly. Large pool. Good location, walkable to the water. We walked to Cascias in about 30 minutes.

Personnel was very friendly and helpfull. Studio had everything I needed, microwave, fridge, oven... and a nice terrace. The room was cleaned daily and the floor and even terrace floor were done with water each time. Breakfast is nice with eggs that are cooked like you want.

Shower drain didn't work, despite the hotel staff trying to improve. The water didn't drain properly so we had to stand in dirty water while taking shower.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive (loose shower head fixed within less than an hour of being reported), the room has all the basics and there is a small supermarket up the road. Despite the December sunshine, we didn't get to try the pool but the balcony made up for it! Both teenagers made the most of the gym and games room (very quiet at this time of year).

The efficiency of the room cleaning teams. The helpfulness of front desk staff. I stayed there before under the old management and the change now is significant. I got a better apartment than The one I booked. I liked the offer of preprepared meals should you wish to eat in. I didn’t take the offer as there is a good selection of restaurants within reach

It’s up a hill so it’s a hike from the nearest train station.

A kitchenette meant being able to sleep in and enjoy brunch on the balcony. Nearby are well-stocked markets. The balcony overlooks a pool and tennis courts. There was a drying rack for clothes.

Breakfast could have more choice, and the girls working at breakfast could be much nicer to the guests. They were very miserable

There were very loud people both in the hotel and in the restaurant. This is certainly not the fault of the hotel, but maybe there would be a way to avoid such noise. An iron to iron clothes yourself would be excellent :-).

Staff (especially at the reception, in the Sushi restaurant and the cleaning personell) was very friendly and professional. Nice neighborhood, short distance to Estoril Congress Center and the beach.

There could be more sunbeds around the pool

Very spacious rooms which were clean and comfortable with great kitchen facilities. The breakfast was really good with plenty of options available. The pool is plenty big for the size of the hotel and most people were very good about not leaving towels on sunbeds when they were not there. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area and there are a few really nice restaurants and cafes nearby. It took us about 15mins to walk into Caiscais when we wanted to go further
