Quite laid at night. The windows are not protecting well from the external sounds. The central localisation do not help as you always have some people downstairs passing by. So great choice if your are not sensible to that, if not do not forget to take with you some earplugs, you may need them.

Since the hotel is located on a central street, it could be noisy at times, however this was not an issue to a light sleeper during the 3 nights we stayed there.

The location couldn't be better! In the heart of Funchal, very close to shops, restaurants, parks and main attractions. The room was spacious and clean. There was a water dispenser on the ground floor of the building, available to all guests which was very handy. I would definitely stay again at this place!

The bed was very firm and although this didn’t bother me personally, it may be a problem for others. Due to its location, there is some mild outside noise from people and vehicles but it did not bother me much. This may be a problem for light sleepers.

The property is centrally located in Funchal and only minutes from good food, shops, and the harbor. A great location! The room was very spacious and clean. After leaving an extremely noisy hostel in Lisbon, I was so grateful to have booked this hotel to catch up on my sleep. Would love to stay here again when I come back!

It was in the centre of the pretty town. In the middle of all the activity. Safe. Comfortable. Water pressure, WiFi and air con were good. The manager was excellent. Super friendly and helpful. The instructions to get to the apartment clear. Gave clean sheets and towels every 2 days. I had a little balcony which was lovely. Room had sufficient space for luggage and bags.

Only 2 CONS : Mattress was like a ROCK.. Walking bath tub is extremely slippery.. Other than that the hotel deserves 5 stars

It's really a charming hotel in the center of everything, just perfect location, the technology helped a lot with a very smooth check in and check out, building/room entrance, just write the code and enjoy.. The street during new year was full with charming decorations, minutes away from all the fun and the sea side. Highly recommended

Everything was okay 😊 Very nice apartment at the center. Clean towels every 2-3 days. It was 5 minutes to shop with food (Anadia), parking lot, bus stops Climatization was big plus. And the hairdryer was also great 👍

When I needed to repair the curtain, the owner did it very quickly.

Location was a bit noisy at night. One night the system of typing the code did not work for a customer, which created noise. Also the city centre was a noisy part of the city.

The facilities were basic, in so far as it was an apartment with little facilities to eat so it was a hotel without breakfast capability. There was no mini market there as in the description. When I asked for bowls for our own cereal they were brought around the following day which was fine. The room was clean on a random day....

The room was clean and spacious, the balcony had a great view, bed was comfortable and the location was excellent - very convenient for everything. Owners were sufficiently responsive.
