We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IranThere was no room service or open restaurant in the hotel and nearby after 10PM. There was no coffee machine or kettle in the room or accessible in the hotel. The indoor swimming pool and sauna was not good.
The room was so close to the beach, and I was able to hear the voice of the waves all the time. The view was great and the access was great.

United KingdomThis is a nice place, it is being honest about 3 stars, it's almost 4 due to the pool and lovely staff but the place is a little tired.
Staff were very friendly. We tried the buffet for dinner which was surprisingly good. Great location with views over the ocean. It has an indoor pool and outdoor pool (which I'd not realised when I booked). We would come here again, good value.

United KingdomThe bathroom had a bad ventilation system. The bed base might need to be changed soon. Was no window what we could open during the night. But overall, it was a lovely stay. We will definitely be back soon.
Lovely hotel, grate customer service, nice sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. Good breakfast and very good dinner. Very helpful staff. Great location for those who want to have a relaxing stay by the sea without distraction. We loved the voice of the sea during the nights. It was very nice to fall asleep.

UkraineThe Wi-Fi has not good. Even Instagram was lagging . The coffee included with the breakfast was bad. We asked for the coffee from the espresso machine for extra. Breakfast was ok. The sausages were not good. TV sound is not good. Bring your Bluetooth speaker or tablet if you want to watch something.
Amazing location literally between mountain and ocean. The breakfast had fresh fruit. The bread quality was very good. The shower is spacious and very nice. Air con is great. Big windows. Think curtains. Clean pool area with a loot of room and spectacular views.
