Laundry cycle was super long to finish. No dryer, but our clothes did dry on the hangers supplied. Hot water was an issue - not sure if doing one small load of laundry had anything to do with it.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bottle of wine waiting for us was a nice gesture. It was a good location to walk the various neighborhoods (Alfama, Baixa, and Chiado). Quiet at night. Having breakfast breads and pastries delivered each morning was nice.

This is lovely small boutique hotel where service is highly prioritized. Staff members were friendly, and immensely helpful; from dinner recommendations to coffee machine & washer instructions, they were always kind. The location is very central to many Lisbon highlights. Room was very clean and breakfast was delivered/stocked in the room so super easy to eat when you prefer. We’ll visit again.

The fresh bread and pasteis every morning were delicious although having the same breakfast everyday gets a little old if you're staying long. Although eggs were provided in the room fridge, we didn't feel like cooking (more dishes to wash).

The location was ideal for us first time visiting Lisbon. It's centrally located and walking distance among all the neighborhoods you'd visit: Alfama, Baixa, Chiado, Bairro Alto, Time Out Market, etc. If you get tired from walking everywhere, it's convenient to go back to the hotel to rest. We chose the hotel because of the washer/dryer, which helped us pack light and have clean clothes for the rest of the trip. Everything was comfortable: room, bed, shower, and our room had natural light. The staff was so kind. Our flight landed early and our room wasn't ready yet but they let us spend time in a lounge. When we went out, they called when the room was was ready. The street is close to traffic so the room facing the street was quiet. But it does mean you'd have to get car pick-up or drop off a block over.

We had an apartment on the first floor so we had a lot of noise from the street. There are only trams allowed on the street where the hotel is located so no cars, but you can hear the restaurants from down the corner of the street, people passing by and feel the trams' vibrations. I had brought earplugs and used these some nights. Would love to stay here again, but might request a room higher up.

We had a studio apartment which was perfect for me and me friend. We loved being able to make breakfast in our apartment. We arrived very late by taxi and had no trouble finding the hotel. Although the neighbourhood looked a bit scruffy at night with a lot if permanently closed storefronts and seemingly abandoned apartment buildings we realised in the morning that we actually had a perfect location one street of from the main "tourist street", the water front just down our street and close to metro, train to Sintra and restaurants. The reception is staffed 24/7 and the door to the street is locked at all times accessible by key card so we felt very safe. Our room was cleaned daily and the breakfast items restocked every day (eggs, cheese, butter, milk, yoghurt, jams, tea/coffee/chocolate, apples, and oranges for fresh juice. You note down how many croissants, bread rolls and pastel de nata you want each day and hand in at the reception which is then left in a bag on your door handle before 8.00).

We didn't really need it, but the TV in the bedroom wasn't working. No issue for us but may be for others.

The location was absolutely brilliant - especially when travelling with children as there are so many cafe's / restaurants nearby. The metro station is such a short walk away, making it an ideal base for exploring. We loved having a balcony, the apartment was bright and spotless. The pastries delivered to the door each morning were so welcomed and meant we weren't leaving for the day on empty stomachs. The staff were lovely, very accommodating.

The apartment, location, and customer service exceeded our expectations! Room got cleaned everyday. Received fresh pastries every morning. Location is secure and great. There was a nice kitchen and breakfast items were restocked each day. The staff was amazing. They helped us with all sorts of questions and came up to our room several times when we couldn’t figure out the combo washer/dryer or the coffeemaker.
