As with most small hotels in Lisbon, there is no elevator. The hike to the third floor with luggage is a challenge. Pack light! The hotel back up against a stairway between streets, one of which is a thoroughfare to the local hospital. Be prepared for the noise of pedestrians on the stairs and the sirens of ambulances making their way to the emergency room.

Outstanding location close to Sao Jorge castilo, bus and tram transportation and popular sites. Room was very clean, well appointed and bed very comfortable.

No instructions for the air conditioning. Three flights of stairs means six ascents which was very tiring - more than I had anticipated. Mattress cover did not fit and kept coming off.

The bathroom had a bit of a smell, which they tried to conceal with air freshener but it didn't work. No elevator, which was fine for us but may be an issue if travelling with large suitcases.

The rooms are impressively equipped with modern furniture and amenities, particularly the well-appointed kitchen and shower. The adjustable lights on the mirror were a thoughtful touch. I appreciated the selection of teas provided; it was a lovely way to unwind after a day of travel. The hotel's location, just 250m from the center, was incredibly convenient. The balcony offered a pleasant view of Lisbon's colorful houses.

I would definitely stay again. A lot of thought was put into making the accommodation really nice: very clean and everything seemed new, lots of plugs to charge electronics, small kitchen with everything you'd need, hanging rack, shelf to put your suitcase, comfy bed, and big windows with 2 balconies. Bathroom was great: very clean, excellent shower with a door that closes so you don't have water all over the floor, big mirror and light with plenty of counter space. The location was excellent: 3 min walk from the metro, walking distance to hotspots, and the area felt completely safe. And the overall service was professional and prompt in communicating.

The reception always wants to know, when exactly one arrives, they obviously do not have someone at the reception for longer times. -- The policy that they charge you 5 Euros in order to store your luggage when you arrive before the check in time is absurd.

Centrally located. the newly refurbished rooms on floor 2 are very clean and comfortable. the older rooms on floor 1 are not that nice. Klaudia at the reception was very helpful and offered a check in before the guarantueed check in time.

The property is at the excellent location in the center of the city. It is not a large place, but sufficient for a couple (stayed there with my sister). It’s very clean and facilities met or exceeded our expectations.

It's not a hotel so don't expect a fancy reception or on-demand facilities etc but that didn't bother us at all!

This guesthouse was a great find, incredible location, decent price, lovely staff and everything you might need for a good nights sleep. I'd go as far as saying our room was better than we expected from the photos - our room was very modern and well furnished.

Very to communicate with Cazu who is running the place. The location is perfect, very central regarding all the sites to visitant in the heart of the city but far enough of noise from cafés and restaurants. the room was confortable and clean.
