Room and bathroom could have been a little larger.

The location, staff, room, breakfast were exceptional. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Lisbon.

Our room with one double bed was quite small, with not much space for suitcases. The bathroom had very little counter space for toiletry bags, etc. TVs in adjacent rooms could be heard, maybe because they are wall mounted.

The location of the hotel was perfect, located on the square where the tour buses, taxis, tuktuks, and other transport, as well as walking tours, left from. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Despite our second floor window looking out on the square, our room was very quiet. Loved that we could walk no more than 10 minutes to get to the waterfront and that there are so many bars and restaurants in the area. Every single one of the hotel staff were wonderful; attentive, friendly, able to answer any question and help with any request. The attached restaurant, Bastardo Fish Bar, was always busy and serves excellent food. I would definitely stay here again!

however for us personally it was almost a little to central, it was a little loud at night and there was nowhere close to just sit and relax as it is in the prime street for people to come up to you and try and sell you things or ask for money. But I would still 10/10 recommend and stay again.

Location is incredible, you couldn't be more central - everything is in walking distance and the staff are super helpful in explaining the area. Taxi's are so cheap too as you are super close to all the pleases not in walking distance too

I really liked all things, i have no comments.

The hotel was perfect, we enjoyed it very much!! The staff was reakly helpful and friendly, the location was amazing, exactly in the center, and the streets around it are flat so it was convenient to walk. Alot of cafes and restaurants near by and the Metro was 1 minute walk. The room was very clean, and the size was good

Nothing to complain about really!

Amazing service and friendly staff. I loved the restaurant deal from downstairs as we were the hotel guests (22 euros for a full meal with starter, main dish and dessert that would have cost us around 50-60 euros per person). Loved the welcome drink as well! Very welcoming and location is AMAZING!

The super slow elevator opened at a platform that required us to either walk up or down steps to our floor.

Staff were super nice and helpful to us, even carrying our luggage into our room for us. Room was spacious with a nice desk for writing our post cards although some of the walls could have used some repairs. Breakfast was good but nothing spectacular. It was really nice having a fine restaurant attached to the hotel.

Brilliant location. Really helpful staff. Lovely room, very comfortable. Breakfast excellent, can also get top seafood during the day. Got a lovely birthday cake in the room without having actually told the staff we had a birthday!!

Good size bathroon and bedroom. Clean. Hotel overall is quiet yet central. Breakfast was not included but reasonably priced at the hotel and served 7.30-10.30 making it very convenient.

Location was perfect- close to bus and metro lines, but many time when we would search for where we wanted to go, it was a very manageable walk from the hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the employees were helpful and friendly. The hotel breakfast was a great start to each morning.

The hotel was in a great location, easy to find and easy for taxis to get to. It was clean, the staff were VERY helpful - we needed an additional plug adapter and they had one handy for us to borrow. They took our bags in when we arrived early before our room was ready and took the bags up there before our return. Helped us navigate the bus system to get to the castle. Just overall 10/10.
