A very good location and easy walking distance up train station, shopping centre, cafes and restaurants. Hotel rooms were a very good size, clean and comfortable. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful and all spoke English which helped me.

Did not use the wifi very much as it was unsecured. I thought it was expensive but then found out that Taylor Swift was in town.

Breakfast was amazing, the quantity, quality and variety was exceptional. I asked for a quiet room, away from the lifts and my room was at the end of the corridor. Slept very well. Staff were very hospitable, friendly and the breakfast staff, wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay.

I didn´t like that they didn´t tell me that I could get a breakfast box as I was leaving before 7am the next day. When I was about to leave, I went to check out and asked if I could get something to eat (it was about 6:30am) and they said I should have gotten the breakfast box (but no one had informed me!) and that there was nothing ready. I was upset because I had paid for this breakfast and it wasn´t anything difficult to find at least a croissant or fruit to offer me. And they could have offered me something, since it was their fault that they didn´t informe me of the breakfast box. Other 3-star hotels in Madrid was much better about this and has everything ready before 7am and I could have my breakfast then.

I liked that it was soo close to shopping Vasco da Gama and Parque das Naçoes; I liked the welcoming water and fruit at the reception! the staff was nice and had my room ready even before checkin time; I loved the room - so beautiful and well-decorated with a bottle of water as courtesy and hand lotion!! I loved the bed, pillows and shower! The room is beautiful!!

No coffee station in the room (for someone who like drink it first thing at the morning to wake up). Although, hotel itself and staff were lovely, we thought that the price for one night (for us it was only few hours as we were in transit) was a bit too much.

Friendly staff, cleanliness. Although we did not have a time for a full/proper breakfast due to flying time, we think it still was fantastic breakfast, everyone can find something for themselves. Spacious rooms. Good facilities. Big dinning/breakfast area.

The location was just a few blocks from the train station and also just a 10 min walk to the Altice Arena. The breakfast provided was very good with many different options. The bed was very large and very comfy! My wife had twisted an ankle during our stay and swelled up. The staff was very quick to provide buckets of ice, that was very much appreciated.

The room is pretty minimalist, lacks a few things: no hangers on the wall, kettle for tea/ coffee, pillows too soft, twin beds quite small. No gym, no rooftop area.

Amazing location: coffee shops, the beach, a mall, metro station Oriente within a 5-10min walk. Totally safe neighborhood, modern office buildings/residential area. Hotel is a new modern building, clean and neat, staff is friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning. They allowed us a late check out which was great as our flight was leaving late.

On the second night of our stay the emergency alarm went off with a continuous message telling us to immediately evacuate the building. It was a false alarm but we saw people struggling to carry baby buggies back up 10 flights of stairs without any assistance. The alarm continued for quite a while after we were told that it was an error. This meant that no lifts could be used even though all was ok.The sister hotel next door was also evacuated. At no stage was an apology offered to us. A couple of nights later was again a very disturbed night as a huge group of teenage school children, 3 coach loads l believe, rampaged up and down corridors slamming doors and shouting to one another. We went out to tell them to calm down and eventually at 1.40am a teacher came to send them back to their rooms. Hotel staff were aware of this as several guests were very upset but again no apology. Apparently these large groups are regular business

Very polite,friendly and helpful staff. Rooms both public and private are exceptionally clean and well serviced. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and plentiful and the room has been well designed with several distinct seating areas.

Everything! Very good location. Just minutes walking to GARE DO ORIENTE ( all transports to everywhere you can take from this place), Vasco da Gama shopping center(a lot of restaurants, cinema, stores, supermarket, etc), many restaurants alongside the tagus river, meo arena, casino Lisboa etc! Go there and enjoy! The bed is so good, very comfy, room size excellent very clean and brand new hotel!
