Pool snacks could have been better

Location of the hotel is perfect. Pool area is lovely and rooms were much bigger than expected. Cleaners came everyday with fresh towels. Food selection each day was really good

That there only was a fridge. No oven, cookery nor anything to eat/cook with. Probably cause of the all inclusive one could buy but we didn't have that.

I only had a room booked for one night. Check-in was easy, I was able to do it before 3 pm and leave my bag there, and then just come back for the key later on. The hotel/building itself is huge as it has separate buildings where to stay. Ours was very close to the sea and the view was nice. Room was good enough, bed pretty comfy and had a fridge as used to have a kitchenette.

Some features could use some updating. One of the lifts was not functional and some of the bathroom fixtures were loose.

Location was exceptional. Food and drinks were wonderful and the staff were fantastic! Pool was great and the sun beds were very comfortable! A special mention for the entertainment staff, they made our trip such a joy! They were upbeat, positive and did such a good job of getting everyone involved in the activities.

The noise level was totally unacceptable if you are on the 7th floor of the main building the restaurant and kitchens are above and from 6am until 11pm the noise of the kitchen and chairs being scraped across the tiled floor was truly unbearable you will not get away from it

The location of this hotel to the beach was fantastic and a short walk to the old town of Albufeira

The rooms are not like in the pictures There are very basic - very cleaned as the cleaners come daily but too basic to my taste Shelves are lacking in the bathroom as well as heating towel rack - also there was no hairdryer

Buffet food was good although the timings are very limited ( eg a bit too early for Breakfast and dinner...)

The hotel rooms were somewhat old and visibly worn out. They could use a lift up. (It's not really a negative point, but a simple observation). The only negative points, in my opinion, are the bed mattresses. I did not find them comfortable, to the point of having woken up with back pain. I should mention, though, that I have a back condition. However, the other guests traveling with me share the same feeling.

The hotel is well located and our rooms were spacious and had a beautiful seaview The restaurant food at dinner was diverse and tasty. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and proactive.

The rooms are dated. There is a lack of equipment in the kitchen - 1 very small wine glass, 2 small glasses. Cupboards were very bare - you could not cook a meal. Bathroom very old fashioned.

We only had breakfast. It was very good. Beautiful view as a bonus. Great selection. Brilliant location. Great balconies - nice to have 1 off each bedroom. Short walk to a lovely beach.

It feels like the staff is working max slow check-in and check-out. Maybe the software is slow. But it's annoying.

The location is excellent. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. Possibility of free car parking. The Panacee restaurant nearby is excellent.

Road outside apartment 305 A very poor, needs a new surface. WiFi only available at reception. Building a bit tired looking in places. Bacon and sausages not great

Would have preferred it to be quieter around the pool (but then again, it is a beach club). The nightly entertainment was a bit cheesy!

The location is wonderful, right by the beach and with a lovely view of the bay. It was a nice walk into Albufeira along the beach - only 20 mins. The food is really good and the staff very helpful. Our apartment was lovely and spacious and it was good to be able to use the facilities of the neighbouring hotel (tennis, mini golf)

Didn't like the way we got treated by hotel manager when my sister was attacked by another guest a man he did nothing only laught an smirk with his staff my sister had to call the police herself to make a complaint
