Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We didn’t have breakfast so can’t really rate it. Location’s just perfect, close to Baixa-Chiado Metro Station, Rua Augusta and Terreiro do Paço square. Staff extremely attentive and always keen to assist you. Baggage storage facility in case you arrive early or depart late. Spotless clean bedroom.

The hotel is in a great location to easily get around Lisbon The room was spacious and clean with a great shower and lovely little extras on arrival pasteles de nata were delicious The room overlooked the street so we could enjoy watching the street artists and people dining outside It was pedestrianised and well sound proofed so the room was very quiet to sleep

However, the aesthetics of this were still not preferable and I wonder if there is a sustainable paint cover up that could be used to hide these marks

It is a small front desk but perhaps there could be automation that would help speed up check-in process during busy times.
Happy Hour, nice place to recover after a long day. Staff helped me recover my forgotten headphones. Really appreciated the effort. We chose to venture out to other restaurants but it looked like a good menu.

Fantastic location on the main pedestrian street with views of the river from the front of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. You get the hustle and bustle of city life but the rooms are extremely well soundproofed for a good night's sleep.

This was a central location and starting point to see Lisbon for the first time. The property is clean and up to date and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
