There's not much options to cook food. There is a little electric grill, but also would be nice to have more options of pots/plates/bowls/cups. Overall experience was really good!

It is located in a beutiful place in the mountains, we loved the nature, also tents were big and comfortable, every tent has a separate bathtoom with shower.

We were given the No 1 yurd tent and unfortunately my 82 year old mother had great difficulty getting to the toilet which is up a slope and the ground around it is very unlevel. Also we were told that the car had to stay in the car park. The following day we saw various vehicles parked near the tents. I understood that our tent had no park space anywhere near so we obviously had to walk up the steep slope with my mother struggling terribly every time we needed to go up or down. She really struggled even though she was absolutely delighted to be there and loved the weekend. Next time I will attempt to request a tent on the area further up that has the toilets closer to the tents and in safer condition. Although there are various solar light fittings, most no longer work so it gets dark to find your way around at night. The coffee shop should perhaps rethink its service. Amongst such a beautiful area and the only thing to eat was toast! Worst was the toast wasn’t even with homemade bread. It was the long life type which is paper thin and unfulfilling.

I loved the interaction with the animals. Feeding them. Loved being amongst nature and away from the noise. Liked the pool area.

Everything, very kind and helpful staff, comfortable and cozy beds, the tipi has perfect insulation, each tipi has its own independent bathroom, which by the way its better than some hotel bathrooms. It has a shared space equipped with an electric grill, a shared freezer and many tables and chairs. It also has a cafeteria. The cherry on the top, Parque da Mina has enclosed spaces with animals that you can feed. All in all, this is one of the best establishment of this kind we have ever been to. Thank you everything.

Lack of options for food at the little cafe. Also the donkey and pony need better care.

A fabulous Glamping experience! I will be sure to do it again soon to relax in the Monchique forest!

The location was fantastic and easy to get to. I had never camped alone before, and the Glamping set up is perfect for beginners. There are small individual wooden bathrooms close to each beautiful tent and an amazing natural pool so you can cool off when it it warmer. The staff is amazing and solves any problem you may have. There are farm animals in the park, so you really feel you are in nature. The views are great and you are close to Portimão, but you get to sleep in a forest! A relaxing environment if you want to get away from civilization, but you can be connected if you want to work online, because they have good electricity connections in the bathrooms and if you take a good internet router you get a good connection. The restaurant also has internet in case you need it! All in all, a fabulous experience, to detach from stress, detox from social media, coffee, or anything else that might have you running on empty! Perfect to recharge your batteries and to remember how important the simple things are in life! I highly recommend it!

Other than the swimming pool, which is small-ish, nothing to point out. Still, children (<10) can have a lot of fun.

The whole scenery is extremely enjoyable. It is much more than a camping site: as one explores the area, one can learn a lot about the local traditions and industry. The tents are great, very spacious, each one has its own private bathroom (outside) and more than half of them get some shade from trees during the day. There are also commodities for common use like a large fridge and microwave that can come in handy.

The tents weren’t exactly luxurious. We woke up sweating because of the heat and the light, as there was neither air conditioning nor light coverage. There was no furniture to place your clothes so you had to keep them in your suitcase and it didn’t look like the pictures as it wasn’t spacious or that good looking. You could only charge your phone in the bathroom where there was only one socket. Tents and bathrooms weren’t cleaned at all, neither were the beds made. Tents also had mud on the outside which was obvious from the inside which could be avoided if they were a different colour or if they were, as mentioned earlier, cleaned. The café didn’t have anything to eat apart from toast and its service wasn’t great. Furthermore, it could offer a greater variety, especially for edibles, and it should be open for longer (if not 24/7, since there’s nothing else around in the area). The majority of the staff doesn’t speak English and if the ones that do can’t speak well.

It was quite scenic and the location was amazing, as it was in the forest and close to multiple picturesque villages and beaches. The view from the tents was spectacular, especially at night when there were stars that shined like diamonds. The bathroom and the facilities were decent.
