Bathroom was like a cruise ship type bathroom, sliding door and can hear everything. The shower leaked out everywhere onto the floor. Manageable and fine though, was not a deal breaker and would go again.

However, the rooms need a bit of refurbishment, it looks a little bit tired.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Henrique - he was very knowledgeable and informed us about all the best spots in Lisbon.

There was noise outside in the parking lot

It was very small and I expected it to be more cozy but it was good for what we paid and was enough for our short trip, I recommend.

The only thing I didn't like is ventilation in the rooms. Especially in the bathroom ventilation was not sufficient. Also some facilities like lift were a bit old and sometimes I didn't feel safe while using it.

The staff was very firendly. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful. If you need tea/coffee or any dishes you can take from the reception for free. Also the room was quite.

The property was hard to get a hold of via phone or email, it was hard to get confirmation and gather information on the property remotely. But the staff was very helpful in person and great to speak to.

The staff was very accommodating and helped change reservation dates around when needed. The location is extremely convenient and perfect to get to the best places in the city. It's also convenient to have parking and especially street parking at night. Although I recommend just taking Ubers everywhere as it is cheap to get to any of the cool places in town.

Nothing that I couldn’t have asked the staff for, personal preference the pillow was too soft but I should have asked for another one so that’s my fault

The room had some dust on the furniture, not very good for someone with allergies. Also, the breakfast could be better. The coffee is undrinkable.

Overall a very good experience, considering the price. Comfortable room and services. The staff is very friendly, including the cleaning ladies, and especially the receptionist José, very good professional and a great person.

minuses: * I got a different room than in the picture, much smaller and uglier * very tight * there is huge humidity in the room, the towels did not dry, there was fungus on the wall and it was unpleasant *dirty * due to the humidity, I had to open the window - the only one, facing the street. meanwhile, it was probably the noisiest place I've ever stayed, and I've slept in places like Bangkok, Naples and Los Angeles... a tragedy. I had the impression that cars, motorcycles, trucks and planes were passing right next to my head. It was impossible to sleep because of the noise, and it was difficult to breathe because of the humidity. horrible. In general, I recommend it to people who want a cheap and well-connected hotel, regardless of the conditions...

The hotel has its pros and cons. Pros: * fantastic location, close to everything - both on foot, by metro, bus and tram * very close to cheap shops and cafes * very comfortable bed * very nice and helpful staff, speaking excellent English.

Only 1 bedroom had heating (a very small heater that wasn't enough to warm the room). The 2nd bedroom had no heating at all.

Very beautiful room (we stayed at the suite) with 2 separate bedrooms. The bathroom is very nice and there is a lot of sunlight coming in. Beds comfortable.

The bathroom ceiling was mouldy on one side (I’ve noticed this seems to be a problem in buildings in Portugal in general).

It’s not the first time I’m staying at this hotel and once again I’m really happy with my stay. The hotel is located very conveniently (right next to the metro station), the staff is helpful and they also serve good breakfasts.

sink in a room wasn't the best design decision, walls are thin so you can hear literally everything. some people were really loud at night

Strange smell in the hallway. The elevator is out of order.

The staff at the reception is very nice. The location is very good, right next to Rato metro station. There was a heating radiator, which is important in December.

Building were old so brought some problems such as moldy smell in the room, plumbing problems and not working elevator. Room wasn’t clean there were stains on the wall. I think there was a leak in the shower because every time I took a shower there was a puddle in the bathroom which was a big problem beacuse bathroom area is extremely small so when I use the shower I had to walk in water to use the toilet. Also the drain is probably clogged, water was not flowing properly. Sink was outside of the bathroom area located in the room. There could be at least a shelf to put stuff on to cause there is no desk or anything else but a small bedside table. Elevator was not working, my room was at the second floor so that was ok for me but if I would stay one of the upstairs rooms that could create a problem so I’m telling just so you know.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Elevator was not working and they offered help to carry my suitcase 🙏🏻 Very close to metro station and as far as I see neighborhood is safe which is very important for me cause I’m a female solo traveler. There was a electric radiator in the room, you can adjust the room temperature as you wish.

Small and humid room. Very loud street at night when car or planes pass but if we closed the window it would get hot inside.
