Best location in town. More central impossible. Beautifully renovated building. Modern, cozy, cool decoration. All the staff cannot be nicer and helpful. Beautiful spacious room and bathroom. Excellent amenities. Common areas again very comfortable, beautifully decorated. Breakfast and Restaurant is really a quite a la carte fusion experience with a cool yet trendy ambience and again excellent staff. Cannot say anything more than thank you Pestana Rua Augusta for taking care of me.

Friendly and very helpful staff, 24/7 reception, exceptionally clean rooms, very comfortable beds, regular towel change, environmentally friendly policy, great bar. The location of the hotel is very communicative and the best possible, both for tourists and people who are in the city for work. We would come back here when we are in town again.

I would simply like to make a few suggestions as regards the room. I think it would be a good idea to install a grab bar and a more "roughed up" surface in the shower floor. This is especially important for senior citizens (I am 81 years of age). There really is no way to catch yourself should you slip (I nearly did) in the shower. My other suggestion regards the esthetic of the "closet and shelves" area. I thought that copying the same lovely pattern on the wall to a roll up shade would be much more attractive than having to look at your belongings when the area is not in use. It just looks so disorderly and unattractive.

Loved all of the staff. I want to compliment especially Tiago, Leonel, Sara and Lynkon for their never ending efforts to inform me and guide me to where I need to go (and more importantly how to get there). They are true delights on both a professional and humane level. Oh that infectious smile of Lynkon made me want to return very soon. They are a credit to your company. I also salute you on the spotless condition of the room. It was impeccable all together.

We had breakfast in Olive once and it was lovely. The only reason we didn't go again was because we wanted to try other places.

Nothing much to say here. We didn't have food at the hotel so can't comment on that. There is no gym which was a bit annoying but walking the Lisbon hills was a great substitute haha

Superb location! Room was very stylish and quite spacious. Highlight was that my husband got a bottle of sparkling wine and cakes for his Birthday without us ordering any (I guess they saw in the passport at check-in). We were so pleasantly surprised!

Lack of cleanliness in the shower room. It smelled as if the area around the toilet had not been cleaned from previous occupants. Filled out one of their assessments while at the hotel and nobody replied to it

Staff were helpful. Shower itself was very good. Well positioned centrally and easily accessible by metro. Entrance area was welcoming. Breakfast at the 'sister' hotel was very good

Our room window was facing a wall and the only way to see outside was to look up a little opening for a glimpse of the sky or go out of the hotel.

If you are light sleeper then you might get slightly disturbed by the distant noise of revellers gathering under the arch in the early hours of the morning.
