The indoor pool is too small, it is like a large Spa bath.

An excellent hotel with a unique atmosphere. The hotel is located at the very center of the city in a beautiful historical mansion, well renovated and tastefully designed. The room was nicely designed and spacious with a view on a cosy inner garden. The room had everything for a comfortable stay. The spa area was very nice too and the breakfast was excellent. We were especially pleased with the welcoming gestures from the hotel: we were offered welcome drinks at the hotel bar and were surprised with a bottle of sparkling wine and a cake for my friend's birthday.

Wonderful stay at this spectacular hotel. Everything is great. Love how the design has retained the beauty of this historical building, love how friendly and warmth the staffs are. The room is beautiful with very clean and contemporary style. Lastly not forgetting the amazing breakfast, thank you for the complimentary breakfast, it is definitely a great start to the morning!

All top motch. Honestly all top notch. Perhaps maybe a larger sign or landmark reference to make the hotel easier to find. ( passed y it twice when dark outside trying to find it on rrival)

We purchased 2-day tickets from reception for the Yellow Hop-on-hop-off bus tour; these tickets turned out to be a bad purchase because the audio system on the bus was not functioning. We raised this as an issue with Mafalda and she was great. She notified the tour company of our concerns and secured a full 48 Euro refund for the tickets we purchased.

Careful of the one step by the front door! Otherwise nothing.

The staff was very sweet and the location was absolutely perfect on the main pedestrian street. We had a well designed room with a terrific view of the cathedral. We were able to walk everywhere. Did not use the Spa or restaurant but they also looked appealing. Opted for Pastais de Nata and coffee for breakfast on the corner rather than a lavish breakfast.

We did not have breakfast included since we wanted to explore neighborhood spots like the very excellent Castro - Atelier de Pastéis de Nata, just around the corner. We did have breakfast at the hotel one morning for 15e/person. It was just so-so. Uber cannot go down the street where this hotel is located, so do be aware that Uber has to drop you off or pick you up a half block away.

Loved the location of this hotel, right in the historic part of Porto. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are well equipped. The staff is very helpful. The courtyard is lovely and a great place for a glass of wine or port.

The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, but they have a snack menu. It would have been great if they had a restaurant as trying to eat at the neighborhood restaurants can be quite challenging!

Location, location, location! This property is a short walking distance to all of the main attractions in Porto and to the San Bento train station and to the water front. The room was incredibly clean and everyone went out of their way to help us with our needs. Breakfast was exceptional and the bar drinks were huge!
