As always parking is the only issue. 10€ is a little steep, given what the guests are already paying for their stay.

My family has been going to this hotel for almost 40 years. I haven’t been there in 29 of those, but had so many wonderful memories. The renovations made to the hotel has kept it as one of my absolute FAVORITE. Perfect location, wood floors, so no nasty carpets, wonderful staff and the breakfast was delicious! Can’t wait to go back!

Hotel is outdated and doesn't match the photos advertised, The hotel has alot of wear and tear, extremely dirty, the spa was unusable and unstaffed. Carpets on six floor in hallway was very badley stained and neglected, food was terrible. Honestly I wanted a refund the minute I walked in but decided to give it a go, worst decision, worst hotel I've stayed in whist in Portugal. Should be turned into a hostel instead in my opinion. The only good thing I can say is that the staff were polite.

We loved the pool & spa facilities. The breakfast was lovely and amazing views of the beach. The family suite was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. On Sunday evening we struggled to find a restaurant open for dinner, so the hotel staff allowed us to bring a takeaway in to enjoy at the bar!

1. The room wasn't enough clean, on my bed was someone hairs. 2. Hangings were destroyed 3. The balcony was dangerously damaged, luckily I rented it and not a family with a small child, because it could have been a huge tragedy. 4. The cleaning staff must be working incorrectly because there was no bottled water in my room, which is standard in 4-star hotels, and then someone brought it to me without explaining what was going on. After showing the damaged balcony, the receptionist gave me another room in the same class and only apologized, which is absolutely not enough considering the scale of danger that this balcony had. I have been working in the same industry for a long time only in Switzerland (4 and 5 star hotels) and I have been to a lot of hotels around the world, this hotel deserves a maximum of 3 stars, there is no feeling of staying in a 4 star hotel. In this situation, the receptionist should call the hotel director or reception manager. I am absolutely disappointed with this stay.

The family room was very small and expensive. We could hear music and noise from outside through the night. Breakfast was expensive for a basic buffet. At the hotel bar/restaurant, it took about an hour for two soups to arrive. Not good value for money overall.

Staff were friendly and helpful, swimming pool and spa were very nice, and the location next to the beach is great.

We where walking around, up and down, pass by the hotel and did NOT recognice the hotel. From Beach side it was not written anywhere. Many windows but no name. We pass by the entrance, did not not not see the main entry. There is no way that you will recognice this hotel as a 4* Hotel.

Near beach, walking distance to shops and bakery. 10 Min to train station. Rent an E-Bine for 30€ per 24/h or normal bike for 15€. They have only 2 by the way and 2 normal bikes fir kids.
