Villa was amazing, very clean and tidy. Everything there you need for a full week. Owner was very helpful and at hand if required. Its a 10 out of 10

We have just returned from a relaxing weeks holiday at Villa Rocha and had such a good time. The owners were really helpful and easy to contact for extra information. The villa itself is beautiful, well maintained, and cared for. The decoration is very stylish and there are excellent facilities. Both the villa and grounds are well-looked after. The kitchen is excellent with a good range of equipment which means, if you want to cook , everything is there for you. The barbecue was an added bonus and meant we were able to enjoy the warm evening after a leisurely day around the pool. Aldi is a short walk away with lots of lovely fresh bread and croisants available each day. The pool was lovely and clean, and there were plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The local area is quiet, but there are some excellent local restaurants, bars, and cafes that are worth a visit and within walking distance. We also walked to the beaches - about a half-hour walk - it is worth visiting, and there are beach umbrellas and sunbeds there to hire. Uber are easily available and are great if you want to avoid the walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a lovely time.

You need a car for the location. There are amenities in walking distance but it is so hot to lug around shopping or traipse kids along the road. A few of the kids reacted to the pool on day 1 and had sores on friction areas. We've put it down to a potential reaction with suncream and chlorine so be sure to shower before and after entry to the pool and allow suncream time to dry. The manager, Nuno, was very helpful and concerned about the kids. Pool is serviced and tested Tues and Thurs so you may want to avoid plunging in early on either of those days. Saying that, other children and babies hadn't problem at all so we may be the anomaly! A few more household bits would be useful to save buying boxes of dishwasher tabs, washing powder, cleaning materials, dishcloths, shampoo etc. If some basics were provided for the stay it would be helpful and would help keep the house a bit cleaner. We did appreciate hand soap in each bathroom as often this is not provided. We were issued 1.5 towels per person (bath and hand). Tbh it isn't enough for a week's stay and they were pretty grubby by the end of the week. We had a washing machine but were instructed not to wash. So additional towels, or fresh towels half way through the week, would be useful. Also recommend a couple of bottles of water for people arriving. Late night arrivals especially need something to save shopping on arrival! Just a few pointers here but overall a wonderful stay and we are already looking to return.

House is lovely and great having the space and the aircon. Feels safe. Lovely pool. Blackout shutters were excellent, best I've slept all summer!

This property is superb. Very spacious ande comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped, the lounge/dining room very comfortable, there is afront yard where one can breakfast or dine al fresco, a barbecue, and apool for those who fancy that. Nuno is efficient and welcoming. Perfection

Nothing I didn’t like about the property. Main beach area was 30 minute walk but this was no issue for us.

Lovely property. Well equipped for families. Spacious and modern. Pool was clean and quiet most of the time. Shop close by as well as some nice bars and restaurants. Very enjoyable.

on first impressions, the houses were tastefully decorated, when I got inside and inspected them o m g absolutely the nuts, they have put everything in there, what you have in your own house, all you need is a box of food, the manager rui met us on our arrival, and was very genuinely happy to meet us, in all fairness, in my book, if I could put the true score down, they would be scored 20 out of 10, an absolute gem of accommodation regards jim

Last minute booking lovely large 3 bedroom villa. Well equipped and extremely clean with a washing machine and a dishwasher. The villa was cleaned fresh bedding and towels half way through our stay. The only thing we could of asked for was more sunshine but the weather was warmer than the uk. Lovey pizzeria 2 minutes walk away, Aldi 2 minutes in the car. Beautiful beach 5-10 min drive away. Had a fabulous stay you need a car but then it’s a 50 min drive from the airport so by car for a family was best for us. We hope to visit again in the future and will recommend Villa Rocha to our friends.

I would definitely rebook but a couple of niggles wasps were a problem a noisy cockerel and a bit of road noise it wouldn’t stop me rebooking

Proximity of the road a little bothersome; but on the upside very close to superb beaches, shopping and all that the Algarve has to offer.

Big room and the villa has everything you need and more. Very spacious living room and kitchen, the pool is shared with another 4 house but most of the time we had it for ourselves as people goes to the beach during the day and out during the evenings.

The only thing we didnt like was that there was no lights near the swimming pool. Which meant that we couldnt chill outside or swim at night.

This property is what u see is what u get. The entire villa was amazing and very spacious. Very very clean with many facilities available. You will need a car to get places but we hired one so it was okayy. Very goof value for money and would defo recommend.

The only thing we missed were fans in the bathrooms, otherwise the place is great!

We liked how spacious and modern the property was, big kitchen and a nice outdoor sitting area with bbq’s. Comfy beds, pillows and fresh clean white towels. Nice quiet area and since we rented a car it was 5/10mins away from the closest beaches, restaurants and shops! Very happy, thank you!
