The location was very good with an access to main attractions easily. The staff was very sincere and helpful. they even made our dinner reservations. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very satisfactory with a very well done coffee.

The wardrobe hangers are annoying, and I would have liked more hanging space.

I greatly appreciated the staff! They could not have been more kind, helpful and informed. My bed and pillow were comfortable; I had no back/neck soreness or stiffness👍🏻 The room thermostat was easily adjusted and maintained a comfortable room temperature. The hotel location was perfect for walking to great restaurants, cafes, shops, cathedrals, monuments and more. The river front is just two blocks away, and was fantastic day & night for views, meals, entertainment and people watching.

Great location, staff super helpful and sweet, at breakfast a lot of food and very good. The room was very comfortable and every little thing that needed fixing the staff took care of it immediately. I loved the hotel!

Everything! The room is super modern and has a really expensive feel to it, really loved the massive shower and mirrors. There was little to no street noise. The staff were super helpful too! One of better places I've stayed for the price.

Our favorite hotel in Lisbon. Gorgeous decor, great breakfast, restaurant and bar. All the modern accessories. Near the port and just a short tub tuk ride up to Bairro Alto where everything is happening! Highly recommended!

In some places you see that room is a bit tired. Especially in bathroom. There are many places where something is in mold (like really black mold), or glass have many spots inside of it (like not 1 or to, maybe 20-30) and it looks like dirty. But in reality it's probably defected or something like that. Also there was some damage with bath and "bath stand" (not sute how to call it), but basically I could easily see some tile sticking out.

Hotel located right in the center of Lisbon, few meters away from the Terreiro do Paço in the Baixa district. Literally seconds to bus stops, tram stations, museums. Church is also nearby. Coffee shops, shopping street, restaurants - everything is super close. I was offered room with the view on inner courtyard, but change it upon request for the street view. Room is nice, cozy with free coffee refreshment every day. Good, thick towels, bath kit. I've stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed it! Thanks to the personal that cleaned the room very good! People working at the hotel are very nice and helpful!

In our first room we were allocated the air con didn’t work. In the second room we were given the air con worked but it was so loud that it affected our sleep. The units need upgrading desperately.

Bathroom floor have the.tendency to be slippery when the water leaked from the shower cubicle. Towels were super old and the bed was a bit saggy.

The hotel and the room was fantastic, extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful with every request where we needed help from them. The location is excellent and is close to all the attractions. I spent 5 nights in the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The location was super convenient, and the staff were always great. Room met expectations. The breakfast was a surprise - the hotel was able to fit a lot in a small space, with excellent quality. Appreciated the variety of fresh fruit. I don't normally eat a lot of pastries for breakfast, but they were delish! Also appreciated that you could order eggs, etc. to order (although the portions were a bit too large).
