  “I liked everything except that the room was boiling hot and it was not possible to put the air con as it is centrally fixed by the hotel. Unfortunately the room is facing a main road and if you open the window it is super loud.”

  “Nothing, the hotel refused me when I called on the phone, they told me not to come as they are a fool booked and my money was not refunded at all. Not bother to pick up the phone. Service is not reliable.”
