Just for say something, due to the great location in city centre, you cannot park your vehicle in the same door, although there are 5 min walk streets where you can park at.

The hot water in the shower took some time to get hot.

The property is situated in Piata Mica, right in the city center, close to the Liers Bridge & other points of interest in the city. The suite that I booked was on the 2nd floor of the building, newly renovated. It was absolutely cosy, with a great ambiance. They also provide free water, coffee & tea in the room but you also have a mini bar with decent prices. The view from the windows was nice as well. The staff was polite & friendly. Breakfast is simple & tasty.

The doors/walls are kind of thin, I was able to hear the noise from the cleaning staff at 9 am.

Beautiful room, everything was brand new and spotless clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the little facilities like the Nespresso machine in the room made for an amazing stay.

I love this hotel, I have been here before and the rooms are so cozy, the bed is comfortable and it is warm. There is also a coffee machine and tea as well as water.

Great location. Nice view of the church from my room. It was a very good deal. Wifi worked well. Spacious and clean bathroom. I enjoyed my stay. As a single traveler it met all of my expectations.

I had to run the shower or the tap for 5-6 mins to get any warm water running. That was really the only issue.

It was right on the Old Town Square so close to many restaurants and old churches to visit. And best of all, it was easy walking to the annual Christmas Markets and close to the main train station. The two receptionists were very friendly and nice to talk to .

There is no parking at the hotel because of the location, so you have to find it by yourself .

The service of the staff it was excellent, the location is amazing, also the room is full of light. The room is spacious.

- We would have appreciated a better organised cupboard. It was all open. There were many shelves but most of them were placed too high (above the minibar) to be useful (for clothing, etc.). Some (coat) hangers would have been very welcome. - We found somewhat difficult to use the locking system of the door. We were never sure whether the door was correctly locked from inside (the voice telling us something like "locked" and "unlocked" is difficult to understand); - The use of the shower was some kind of a challenge. The shower battery is very modern but, especially for those wearing glasses (which you must leave away when going for the shower) it is difficult to "read" the small signs and understand how it functions - the first time we tried it we got some cold water on the head from the shower above!). - The plastic threshold of the bathroom door was peeled off such as the door could not be closed.

Location is excellent, the room was large enough, and the breakfast was excellent.
