There are just 2 minor things that could have been better: 1. We stayed in the ground floor apartment (which has access into the parking place but has no balcony) and we used this access to spend some moments outside (in the morning and in the night time), for a smoke or a coffee. Although there were no parking slots right in front of the windows and the doors of the apartment, many cars were parked there and we barely could get outside because of them. I would try not to let people park their cars at least in these 2 spots, to keep clear the way for the ground floor apartment and also to make easier the access in and out from the parking place, for the cars. 2. And second one: we needed to ask daily for the coffee capsules in the room, for the coffee machine. The cleaning staff didn't replace them during the daily cleaning services.

The apartment and the hotel were sparkly clean and decorated with taste, with modern furniture. The rooms of the apartment and the bathroom are very spacious and well arranged. We had all the facilities that we needed: air conditioner, coffee machine, TV in both rooms of the apartment, a fridge. The place has a very good location, very close to the beach (1 min walking) and close to some nice restaurants in the area. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. They welcomed us in a proper way, made possible the check-in before the check-in time and kept prompt contact to us by phone. Also, they gave us helpful information and all the things that we asked for during our stay. In conclusion, I recommend this place and I will surely come back in my future trips to the seaside.

The proximity to Azimuth beach was the only bothering thing during our stay at the beach. The free sunbeds for the hotel guests where right next to Azimuth and starting 12PM their music was really loud, a continuous party til the end of the beach day. Unfortunately this is not something that DNH or Yucatan can fix, so it's really not their fault.

Everything was great, starting with the wonderful clean rooms, the balcony, the view, the big bathroom, the attention to all details, the reception staff. New hotel, located very close to the beach, with beach access included (starting row 3 or 4 on Yucatan beach). 28 parking places around the hotel for 30ron/day that we gladly spent, taking into consideration that the area is really crowded and finding a parking place can be a real challenge. We took breakfast in Yucatan Cuisine, located right across the beach, 100m from the hotel, a walk that we really enjoyed doing every morning. We had the same dishes every morning, not much of a variety, but for us it was not a problem, we had everything we needed. On the beach we could order from Yucatan also, after 12PM, and the food was delicious. The pizza is a must try :) The beach was clean, we always found free sunbeds and the employees of the beach where very polite.

The hotel is very close to the beach. It is very clean, the room is gorgeous, the view to the sea is wonderful, and the staff is very friendly.

First at all bad smell in the room.At night the balcony is illuminated automatically with no ability to turn it off, and the room was lighed up There's drapes but still the light was too much, especially if you want the door open for air. There is a jug for hot drinks but not a handy plug, so you have to use the bed side one. No milk for coffee.

The hotel is new, room is big and has AC. Very good balcony, big and nice view, although the city was a building site.The receptionist very helpful. We had breakfast included and it was delicious.

As it is all new, maybe little fixes need to be done at the furniture/closet. The cleaning staff probably need more training and supervision.

Good location, super friendly reception staff that meet you with a nice smile. rooms and balcony with sea view were very nice. very clean, nice coffee shop. breakfast and private beach included are a big bonus.
