Spacious room, comfortable, very clean and quiet. The hotel is right next to the ski slopes and the best restaurants in Poiana Brasov.

No lift up the stairs to our room, which is not usually an issue for me, but with a heavy suitcase this time it was a bit of hard work getting it up there. I only had to do it once though so can’t really complain too much.

Clean and comfortable, large bedroom and ensuite bathroom, good breakfast and right next to the ski slopes.

We came to ski. This hotel is so close to the slopes. Definitely the closest hotel. Really friendly staff. Great breakfast. All staff really really helpful and went above and beyond to help when they could. The two bed suite was perfect. Bigger than we expected with 3 tvs.

Excellent location, practically on the slopes, yet good access to the city for a walk. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The beds are the most comfortable and the bathroom was modern with great amenities. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended and certainly I will return.

Nesspresso for a fee and that fee is 2€ is just a cheap decision. There are 4 capsules in the room, how much profit will the hotel make out of these? Either offer it for free or remove the machine.

The hotel has exceeded all my expectations. The room was immaculate and modern, with high-quality bath products, mattress, and bed sheets. The receptionist was extremely kind to wait for us until very late in the night, and to even safely store our bikes in a private room. Not least, right next to the cable car. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely come back.

- 2-floors-room with inner staircase -> cute, but not comfy. Moreover, the downstairs room / living room was pretty packed, especially with our luggage (since one could not take it to the upper room) - (~below) average breakfast: fake orange juice, bad omlette, 3 days old deserts etc. - bad experience with WLAN: worked sporadically on both Samsung and Apple devices. Staff tried to solve the issue twice with short term success. In the end, it still did not work and we gave up calling them.

- top location, next to slopes / elevators / ski rent shops - cozy, warm rooms - staff: nice, proactive, helpful - free parking - free tea in the room (coffee for 2 Euros per Nespresso capsule)

-typical Romanian breakfast with not much change over the week. They need a new toaster! It's a basic kitchen toaster that takes forever! - no facilities such as a reception lounge, gym, pool etc - room service was hard work and the fridge and tea / coffee wasn't refilled over our week stay (even though we asked) - towels were very small and old
