Everything perfect except the phone kept going off in the evening due to low battery. Even when unplugged continued to make noise. Asked for assistance but the problem continued. However, overall stay was phenomenal. A minor inconvenience for a brilliant stay.

At first we were given a room with very high ceilings and one small skylight. We felt that we were in a claustrophobic prison cell. The staff very kindly found an alternative room with a lovely big window. I would really suggest to the hotel that rooms without windows are removed from future guest use unless absolutely essential. I would not have been able to stay in a windowless room without getting very depressed.

This centrally located hotel in the Old Town is ideal for a mini break in Bucharest. It is high end and everything you need. Very nice spa and pool area for relaxing after sightseeing.

The window did not open at all ( even was marked it should open). It seems there no fan in the bathroom and one reading lamp did not function. I would say that all these reveals a lack of double check from hotel maintenance team. Also, the reception staff did not ask for any feedback whatsoever.

The location is excellent, the breakfast is very good.

Not sure why the staff did not even try to speak the local language to us. It was obvious we could still speak the language despite our foreign passports. That felt cold and unfriendly.

Everything was fine, we did feel a bit pushed by the check in staff as he told us to be careful with the tour we booked as he’s had tours not turn up etc and they could book it with the hotel, but it was double the price. Our tour company turned up absolutely fine, not sure if this was just to get us to book with the hotel or a lot of tours don’t turn up but ours was fine

The location of this hotel is amazing most of the things we wanted to see were within a 10 minute walk, the trips we booked picked up from the hotel next door and it’s right by old town so lots of choices of bars and restaurants. The rooms were really spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The bar in the hotel is really pretty. We didn’t use the pool but there is one there

There was an asiatic waiter at the bar downstairs that was really nasty with me when O wanted to get inside the bar woth my partner to have a drink. I was finishing an icecream and with very bad manners she prohibited me to get inside the bar and pushed me to go outside to eat the icecream alone

It’s perfectly located in the middle of the city, the hotel itself is gorgeous and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was also quite ok, only thing I was missing was a properly made cappuccino. Will definitely be back!
