One day at the breakfast the coffee machine got broken and the staff offered me to go to their restaurant and buy a coffee. I don't think it is a good idea as I already paid for the breakfast.

The location is good. The furniture and facitilites are nice. The single bad was quite small, but it was my choice :) I liked the breakfast and the local pastries they have there, especially with mushrooms.

The location is great, next to the main street and in walking distance from many attractions. The room is very comfortable and has everything you may need. For breakfast, there was banana cake... highly recommend

In some rooms the windows are next to a courtyard where staff members go out to smoke. This means that a lot of smoke gets directly in the room which is very disturbing during the night and in the morning.

The hotel had a perfect location. The breakfast was excellent. The staff, the administration one and the one in the bar/coffee/restaurant was great. And would have given the highest assessment, if it wasn't for what happened when leaving: 1. The day we arrived was 24.05.2024, 16.00 local time. We were in a hurry for the Rammstein concert and were hungry. At the reception we paid the tourist tax (booking informs for that) , we left our bags in the room and left for the concert. 2. Late, after 23.00 h , we returned. I was looking for a refrigerator for the beer I did not drink and I found the mini bar in the wardrobe. Above it, there was a half drunk small bottle of water. It crossed my mind that this is not ok, but it was late and I did not call the reception (my mistake). On 26.05.2024 , it turned out that the cleaning lady did not leave the toilet paper in the room. So me and my husband and I had to go to the nearby 24 hour shop to buy one. We left on 27.05.2024. When we went to the reception, we were told that we have to pay a tax and for water. I kept my receipt for the tax, but I got very angry- after all, I had paid the tax, did not drink the water (we were a family and bought 1 litre water bottles and this is visible from the trash :) in the room) and had to buy toilet paper at night. Since, for me, this is not the first time when the cleaning ladies are stealing and trying to put that on the customer (I had a similar case in Romania during a business trip), I would probably have to apologize to girls who were at the reception on 27.05.2024 till noon. Despite my anger, they were polite. Advice for the management: Please check the cleaning staff you hire. And you may also leave the refrigerators in the rooms but empty- put a vending machine near the reception or , since you have 24 hour reception- let the customers buy the small drinks from there.

Luxurious hotel, beautiful interior. Amzing breakfast with good quality food. The rooms are modern and clean. The view was of hotel moscow next to us, which was nice enough. The hotel is very close to the main pedestrian street and city center.

Staff was very helpful. As my wife is claustrophobic, they managed to reorganize our room and position us on the first floor. All that in the situation where the hotel was fully booked.

- I’m deducting a point because it took us too long to check-in; we arrived shortly after 3 pm and there was a group ahead of us; but still, there were 2 concierges at the reception and one was apparently helping the other when they could have just worked individually and checked in twice the people in that time; other than that, they were very kind - soy/almond/oat or any other milk at breakfast (just one sort is enough, really) would be really nice

- amazing location, it does not get better than this - modern & bright rooms + nice view - very clean - great wi-fi, Netflix - really nice staff at breakfast (there was a young man there who was very sweet and helpful)

There was a miscommunication regarding the shuttle transfer. I was not aware of the extra cost until I arrived and had assumed that it was provided by the hotel.

My room was on the first floor and the window was facing the wall, so i didn't have any day light, but for me it wasn't really a problem.

I booked a room for one and it was relatively small, but I've got everything I need. It was very well-designed, comfortable, and clean. The location is amazing, very central, and lively.

No concierge to help with your luggage and you have steps instead of a ramp to the lifts which makes navigation of luggage difficult. The breakfast is not great for the standard of the hotel and definitely needs improvement. I opted to go across the road to Moskva for breakfast. Breakfast is a big let down for the hotel

No tea or coffee making facilities and room safe cannot take a laptop. Checkin is at 3 , later compared to many at 2 p.m was offered early checkin for an additional cost of 35 euros which I declined when I arrived at 12. Breakfast was ok but not as good as others I have recently enjoyed.
