Great and quiet location, the city is easily accessible by foot. The owner is very friendly. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. There is a supermarket just a few minutes away with smaller shops very close.

The apartment was very cosy and had everything you need. It's on a great location, you can walk to the old part of the town, to the malls and even the fortress. The owners live close by and were very friendly and open to help 😀 They even left us coffee capsules to use with the coffeemaker

There isn't really anything we disliked about the apartment/our stay that would've been something that's strictly related to the apartment or the host.

Everything was great. It's a beautiful little apartment at an excellent location within walkable distance from the quay and the downtown area. There are a number of cafes, restaurants, and small stores close by as well. The hosts were great and everything was easily arranged. The apartment does have a washing machine which is useful especially if travelling with kids. There is no elevator, but it's a small building so that's to be expected, and it's not a long walk up the stairs (3rd floor European/4th floor US). Despite being so close to everything, the area is incredibly quiet at night and noise was not an issue. Parking can be hard to find, but that's more of a Novi Sad issue, though, our car would be parked for days without needing to use it since everything is relatively close by, including a city bus stop just a bit up the street. The area feels very safe to walk, even late at night.

Everything stated on the description was accurate. The place was cozy, had everything we needed. The location is in my personal favorite part of Novi Sad - "old town", full of buildings made between WW1 and WW2. 10 minutes walk from the city's main center square, 5 minutes from Danube park, 15 minutes from the Petrovaradin fortress, minimarkets and two supermarkets close by, a couple of nice restaurants in the up to 5 minute walk radius. Two shopping centers (Promenada and Spens) also 10-15 minutes walk away. Bus is a minute walk from the building entrance. Easy check in, responsive hosts. Wifi was working great, which was important since I worked from there and had frequent video calls online. Big and comfy bed.

I hope the owners will repair a door at the shower cabin. There is a coffee machine, but no capsules( The chandeliers are very low, and my husband 1,82m had problems:)

It was clear and spacious apartments. Big bed, but the mattress is too soft for us. Warm. If necessary it's possible to open the window, because it's facing a small quiet road.

It could have been cleaner. Nothing disturbing but I'm comparing it with other apartments we stayed in during our trip. The building doesn't have an elevator, so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage.

The location is very convenient as it is close to both the centre and the Petrovaradin fortress. Suitable for a family with 2 kids (the sofa seemed short for adults but for the kids it was perfectly fine). Seemed to have all necessary kitchen equipment (although we spent only a few hours there). The check in was very smooth and the communication with the host was pretty easy.

We had excellent excursion experience, Casa Lusi certainly contributed to that. Apartment is in the central part, no need for private/public transport, just walking. P.S. Small tip to the owner: would be good to write some info on the parking option - how does it work, as foreigners are not really aware of the public system. I have absolutely noting to point on here!

This is probably the best apartment that I have stayed in. The location is perfect - in the city center, but very quiet. Very large rooms, and fully equipped - to the contrary to most apartments that I stayed in, it had decent bathroom with enough space to put personal hygiene staff, and proper place to hang towels. There was also a hang for jackets in the corridor - very rare feature in rented apartments. Fully equipped kitchen and really beautiful sleeping room with sitting part. The atmosphere in the apartment is very pleasant - we have fully enjoyed the stay!

Everything was great

My stay in Casa Lusi was great. The apartment is very clean, modern and comfortable. There is a bad with an excellent mattress, good equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. I also liked a balcony with a pleasant view. Novi Sad is a nice city to visit, and Casa Lusi is the best place to stay in. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I wish you prosperity!
