The rooms were located on the ground floor of the building, and the dining room was quite close. As a result, if a group of guests began talking loudly during breakfast, it could easily wake you up. The rooms are not soundproofed, so you can easily hear other guests talking, laughing, or being intimate. The TV only has Serbian channels, but it could be easily upgraded. Although the bathroom is spacious, there is no towel dryer, only a towel rack so towels will remain wet. The towel rack is positioned right above the toilet, which is quite unhygienic.

The room with spa tub was well maintained, and the complex is new. It was quite clean, and there was free parking on the premises, including the chargers for e-vehicles. The bathroom is quite spacious, and the shower is huge.

The aircon was broken and it was cold and we were not being told. And the bad thing is we had an infant and the reception didn't inform us and we opened the aircon for a couple hours and we made it worse coz the room was freezing.

There were so many facilities and a lot of equipment in the rooms. Clean room. Very big with living room and good value fir money. Parking for free as well.

The night was windy and with heavy rain, and inside the room the noise was a little bit loud.

Easy to reach from the airport. The room was clean and sufficiently wide and the bed was comfortable. Everything was ok. Really value for money. The Reception is open 24h, WiFi connection good enough.

Blinking red light at the ceiling might be a bit annoying but, generally, it's harmless. The room had not so much space but on the other hand, we expected (and needed) beds & shower only.

All's good, and the TV is astonishingly huge! Free parking. and short distance to the airport - all comes in handy.

Just the lack of heat control in the room.

Overnight stay near airport transit was convenient. The property is only about 500 meters from bus #72 stop. However, there is no place to purchase bus ticket nearby. Some buses have CC tap capability though. Extremely clean. Good WiFi and water pressure. However, thermostat didn’t change the temperature in the room. Extremely hot from heater. Opening screened window helped some, but wasted energy.

There are two buildings that belong to this property so make sure to follow exact instructions given by the host. Could be useful to have a pair of slippers.

Mana po mom misljenju su plocice u hodniku koje mogu da glasnu buku tokom guranja kofera po njima , blizu je aerodrom tako da mozete cuti avione u bilo kom periodu i zvucna izolacija moze biti bolja.

Super smestaj za prenociste. Parking ispred objetka prostran . Tv je ogroman i veoma pregledan. Prijatno osoblje. Za ovu cenu i vise nego zadovoljan!

I booked a budget accommodation and I got a buy city hotel room with great location close to the airport and with direct transport to airport and city center. Hotel is Brand new , modern furnished, with very comfortable rooms and beds. The bathroom is large and well organized. There is a big smart TV. It is very clean . It is best value service - rate I've ever had in Beograd
