Windows were viewed to sky, I prefered to see the view and were able to open window. Receiptionist told me the windows could have been opened by a quite complex way, when I asked during check out. But it was too late :)

Our stay was way better than we could ever expect. The location was perfect, and we're not sure if we could imagine a cleaner hotel with a more central location in Belgrade. There were plenty of delicious food choices for breakfast. We would like to thank all the staff for their kindness, helpfulness, and hospitality. We hope to see you again in the future.

While everything was top-notch, there was a slight inconvenience with the air conditioning system. It's not possible to adjust the temperature directly from the room; however, the front desk staff are incredibly accommodating and will happily set it to your desired temperature upon request.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Indigo Belgrade, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel boasts an unbeatable location, right in the heart of Belgrade on Knez Mihailova Street. This vibrant area is the perfect spot for anyone looking to explore the city, surrounded by an array of shops, cafes, and restaurants that add to the lively atmosphere. The rooms at Hotel Indigo are beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable and stylish retreat after a day of sightseeing. Speaking of the staff, they were truly exceptional. A special shoutout to Filip, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His assistance and friendly demeanor really stood out.

The hotel restaurant has changed the owners and concept. Unfortunately now the smoking is allowed indoors (unbelievable!) and the menu is very generic European mesh plus burgers. The previous restaurant was much better, serving local food with a modern twist. This is a big loss for the overall experience.

We keep coming back to this hotel and recommended it to all of our friends. The staff is very friendly and kind - they are the highlight of our every visit. Great location, good design and very comfortable rooms.

It is located at the heart of Belgrade in the busiest shopping street of the center. The room was spacious, clean, it had a nice bathroom and all you'll need. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast options also good. Very pleasant stay overall.

As we have shared before leaving with Hotel - Their breakfast content and taste was perfect. We loved the location which is located in the center of touristic area. All restaurants and couple of supermarkets are near the hotel. Also, very closer to the shopping malls... Everything was great. Thanx for all.

We had a perfect stay at the Indigo Belgrade. We would especially like to emphasise the great staff, who helped us at all times and were always there for us. The hotel is very modern and clean, a really nice boutique hotel in the heart of Belgrade. It is right in the centre and you can reach everything on foot. It is clear to us that from now on, we will only book this hotel when we are in Belgrade. The breakfast was also great (I had avocado bread and eggs benedicts). The rooftop bar is a real eye-catcher with the great street art paintings on the walls! The drinks are great too. EVERYTHING TOP AND PERFECT! definitely 10 out of 10

This was my first time in Serbia and I was delighted to find this hotel. Most impressive were the staff at the front desk and restaurant. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even in the middle of the night when I needed to leave for the airport at 4:00 AM. The staff vastly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is perfectly located in the best part of the old city, just a few minutes walk from the castle park and one block from the Square of the Republic. Close to all the restaurants and nightlife, but in a quite and peaceful spot. The design and decor are fun, funky, comfortable, classy, and contemporary. The restaurant and courtyard terrace are absolutely wonderful on a warm autumn night. Dinner at the restaurant was exceptional -- outstanding food and I particularly appreciated the local wine recommendations from the waiter.

I was traveling with a teenage son and requested a twin bed in my booking. This was confirmed at reception when we arrived. However, when we entered the room there was a big double bed. It was a night after a long trip so we said ‘never mind’. In the end it was not too bad as the bed was really wide and comfortable.

The service at breakfast and in the rooftop area could have been improved as we often had to ask for coffee.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay, although it is on a pedestrian street so its slightly harder to get a taxi directly to it (but its totally worth it!). We were given an upgrade which was great; the room was clean and the air con worked well as it was 38 degrees when we were there. The bathroom was huge and I really liked the shower. Breakfast was good, and there was enough choice without the hot food that could be ordered. The staff were really friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to go back
