How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

There is construction going on outside the building. Our view was of the internal air conditioners.

If the window is to the inner courtyard, it is noisy from the outside air conditioning units and extractors. I didn't realize if the air conditioner could be adjusted, it was blowing cold air very hard.
Good choice at breakfast. Very friendly and supportive staff. Near supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants.

You don’t get there by car (only pedestrians street), so you’ll probably have to walk 3/4 minutes with your bags.
Super friendly staff, the location is perfect, right where you need to be and you have everything you need in walking distance. Breakfast was good too.

The interiors of the room in the hallways were kind of boring and old. The breakfast was good however, exactly at the closing time they close everything even if you’re sitting and still eating, which was kind of disappointing for someone who wakes up a little bit later.
The location is great. The staff were really nice and the place was clean.

There is NO iron available in the hotel. The only possibility to iron clothes is to use the service from the hotel which is open from 09am only. I do not understand why is it so. I have arrived late when ironing service was closed already and had to leave before 09am. In my case the ironing service opened just 10 minutes before my departure and they ironed my shirt at the last moment, but I think this is not a good situation. No one has informed about this when the room was booked (I could bring my own travel iron
All was perfect, despite of no iron available for self-ironing. Breakfast was excellent. I definitely can recommend this hotel, when iron will be available.

The bar in the lobby is quite small, and therefore not very cosy to sit for a drink

I can’t recommend them enough. The location was so central and accessible to everything you need in Belgrade. The staff were so helpful and accommodating and assisted me in booking an extra night stay after a cancelled flight. The rooms were clean and a good size for a solo traveler. The gym and sauna is simple but has everything required for a workout. The equipment was clean and everything organised. Breakfast was perfect every morning! This is my new go to hotel when in Belgrade.

Excellent location close to the major areas of central Serbia. Front staff were excellent very accommodating and very happy to assist with any needs. Very prompt and efficient service overall. Breakfast included was nice enough selection to keep everyone happy. Ironing service was complementary for us which was fantastic addition!

Location was close to everything you need, the facilities were great and it has everything you need from a hotel during your stay. Gym & Sauna were a bonus. Breakfast was also great with a variety of options.

I liked everything about it
Excellent and very modern facility. they have a few things that I haven't seen anywhere else during my travels all over. for example, you have a touch panel inside the room that shows an icon out side the room for "Do not disturb,...) instead of hanging that paper on the handle. the room number is lit when you are in the room, ...etc. They have gym and sauna. ALL the staff that we met were very pleasant and helpful. btw, the breakfast was very very good. Oh, they have a snack at noon as well !!!!

Spacious rooms which were clean and had lots of nice extras. The hotel was central in a good location. All the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent so much choice and the free afternoon snacks are an added bonus.

Little bit of a smell from the drains in the bathroom each time we came back to the room, although that went away with the extractor turned on.
Great staff in reception & in the restaurant, room was lovely, breakfast buffet more than did the job 👍🏼 Located right in the middle of the old city, bars & restaurants all a couple of minutes walk.
