I liked everything. The hot is amazing and very easy to communicate with him once I have arrived in NV. He speaks very well English. The apartment was exactly what we needed for 4 persons, it had AC, it had all we needed when it comes to kitchen and bedroom stuff. It was very clean and modern, the balcony was perfect for morning coffee, not to hot in the apart. but if so, there is AC. Definitely recommend them. Close to the city center, we walked daily. If you need any info the hosts can be easily contacted and he is very helpful. Thank you again and 100% considering staying again when coming back to NV.

The apartment shows first signs of wear and tear; water kettle is broken. Check in is advertised at 14:00, at 14:50 when we arrived, cleaning was in progress so we could check in only at 15:30 having to kill half an hour in the neighborhood after a long drive. We chose the property specifically for the advertised "private parking" as we needed one; turned out this feature was not available (we had to find parking space in the streets around). It didn't help that I emailed the property ahead to remind them of this requirement, they chose not to respond. I wish we could pay by card (but in all fairness I knew this was not an option).

Location: just 15 min from Novi Sad old town yet situated in a quiet residential area. Fully furnished apartment (#20, 3rd floor) in a new modern building, modern design and convenient.

Hello, the apartmant looks like it is on the pictures. The hosts are very polite and willing to help. Location is great, it is 10 min slow walk from city center. Although in the centre, it is not noisy during night. There is several supermarkets, pharmacies near the building. Why I did not give the highest scores? >>Garage - it is not simple to park car in the garage and demands a bit more advanced car driver to cope with parking. Garage is additionally charged. >>Cutlery - there were 4 spoons/knives offered. In case that 4 people stays here, just like it was our case, it was not optimal,always needed to wash the dishes... However, those things would be nice to have if they are changed. Overall impression is very positive!

Bigger bed in the living room. The apartment is good for one family, two adults and two children.

it wasn’t very clean, we found leftovers from previous guests which is big NO . there shouldn’t be signs , hair, or any type of garbage forgotten.

The private parking spot is not included in the price. if you would like to have one you will be additionally charged. 50€ per night is high enough price to have the parking spot included. First apartment has uncomfortable mattress so we couldn’t have a proper sleep. After 2 nights we did change the apartment for one floor up, in the same building and the mattress was much better. Also, the second apartment has a washing machine while the first one doesn’t have and the price of both apartments is the same per night, so if you need to wash your clothes you might request the one that has washing machine.

The apartment is located in a new apartment house. The house itself looks wonderful - clean, marble tiles, modern designs. So was the apartment - clean, modern and comfortable. There's a supermarket within the building, there are many small groceries a bakery and money exchange kiosk within one minutes walk. The bus and railway station is 7 minutes walk, to the city centre we needed 10 minutes to walk.
