Staying at Marija’s place was an amazing experience. She is the most kindness host we have ever met 😍 She has taken care of each small detail and there you will find not only what you need, but even sweet treats and other staff you have not dreamt of. Her cozy apartments filled our hearts and we felt more then pleasant during the evenings (especially with the lamps and the decor). And most important of all, we have never been to a cleaner apartment than this! We felt an amazing smell of a clean home at the moment she opened the door! I can keep on writing but I will summarize with an exceptional rate ⭐️

Marija was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She even assisted us with useful information before the trip, which made everything much easier. The location was perfect—just near Knez Mihailova Street, the main pedestrian area in Belgrade. Even though it was right in the city center, it was surprisingly quiet both during the day and at night. The accommodation itself was well-equipped, with a stocked kitchen, cold drinks, sweets, and coffee. The bathroom had everything you needed—shampoo, shower gel, cotton pads, sanitary items, and more. What we especially appreciated was that the images on Booking were exactly what we saw when we arrived—no surprises, just as advertised. We really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and Marija’s warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

It was a very clean apartment and close to the center. Although the weather was very cold, the house was warm. We had everything we needed. And Marija is very friendly and helpful. The snacks and drinks she prepared for us were very pleasing. We are glad we stayed here. We look forward to coming back and staying here again soon. Thank you for everything Marija.

Nemam ni jednu zamjerku.

Veoma cisto, domacin se pobrinuo da nista ne nedostaje. Ususkan stan u samom centru, sve je blizu, a za dalje relacije stanica gradskog prevoza je vrlo blizu. Ukoliko birate zimski period, stan je jako topao. Nemam dilemu da cu svakog sledeceg puta opet rezervisati Jumi.

Marija is an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make our stay in Belgrade truly memorable. The apartment was exactly as pictured, but what truly impressed me was Marija's exceptional level of hospitality and availability throughout our stay. She graciously allowed us to extend our parking time and check in earlier than planned. The accommodation itself was well-equipped, with a stocked kitchen, cold drinks, and sweets. The bathroom even had amenities that are usually only found in hotels, like pads and cotton pads. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a centrally located, well-appointed apartment and the opportunity to meet such a kind and accommodating couple.

Flexible, nice hosting, with a really nicely equipped and spacious apartment. We really like our time here, the location itself is central, but also quiet in the meantime, because it does not look towards the street. The free parking is also a big help in the city center for those, who arrive with a car.

Great apartment, nicely decorated. Marija was really great, looking to help, provided us with everything we needed. She even waited us with sweets for the little one and beers for us :D. The location is really central, the parking space is a real plus and the area is really quiet. Would definitely book again if we come back to Belgrade.

We liked these apartments! Large and clean apartment, near the city center, the apartment has everything - shower accessories, hairdryer, tea and coffee, as well as very nice and hospitable hosts. If we are in Belgrade again, we will definitely come back here again!

Everything was perfect - location, facilities, comfortable beds, easy access. The parking is in the backyard so it was very convenient. The hosts were beyond friendly and welcoming, gave us lots of information and recommendations and even prepared a guide in our language, which was absolutely heartwarming.
