The manager disrespected me, he went to my bed and woke me up at 7:00 am just to make me pay for the sheets because he was going to leave, I don't care if he leaves or stays, check out is at 11:00 am and he should work with that time not mine.

I didn't like it at all, please look for another alternative. It's a terrible place and the service is terrible, especially a guy who wears blue gloves working.

This place is negative stars. This hotel was beyond terrible. They used the area in front of our room as a lounge and there was extreme noise until midnight and then people right outside the door talking while playing chess until 3am. It was hot so we had the window open and people were below it at the front door smoking marijuana all night. I hate the skunk stink of marijuana but I hoped it would make me sleep. Even the marijuana could not compete with the endless freaking talking and opening of room door #2 next to us. I’ve had zero sleep and I can’t even express to you how much I hate this place. The showers were moldy and the linens made you feel if things were crawling on your legs all night. I’m getting another hotel and would they give me a refund for the nights I’m not there? No. Run run run.

The hostel was not like in the picture and description. It was dirty, smelly and mouldy everywhere. Also they charged 6€ for linen which was not mentioned when booking.

The whole place is so crammed up - the room, kitchen, common space. They dont tell you that they you have to pay for linen and towel till a week before your trip. The washroom has no place small apartment dived into smaller rooms. With such small space when the guy comes in to clean while you are there it gets uncomfortable. They will knock once before entering. Maybe have a specific time allotted for that so you don’t catch the guest off guard when you enter. Go there if you have no other option on the same budget.

But there are more minuses in this hostel than pluses. Firstly, if you sleep on the first floor of the bed, then near you will not be a socket for the phone and another interesting thing is that all the sockets on the floor and they are coodenenenyen extensions throughout the room that is not very safe! Also a minus that the common shower for the whole hostel and sometimes there are queues.

The only thing I liked was the very nice staff and not a bad location.

I checked in after 00.00, and left before 09.00. Perfect for me! Code to the room (and other facilities) in the mobile phone, no need to check in at a specific time or so. Great single room with window, nothing special but enough for me after a concert. Never used the showers or kitchen, but the luggage room was fine(and my things were still there after 10+ hours). VERY close to the metro station of Zinkensdamm, and because of that also close to the rest of Stockholm. I rate this 4/5, but again I didn't use all of the facilities. Bed was good, but linnen/towel is not included in the price (you have to pay extra 60 SEK for that, wich is fine but not in the price list).

I stayed here 2 nights,the first night I was a bit itchy but I didn’t think anything of it.. the second night after I arrived home I was covered with red pimples to the areas my skin touched the bed sheets, maybe I was allergic to something I don’t know what caused it..when I had to make the bed the mattress was dirty and had hair on it..

The hostel has a perfect location, right on Södermalm, it has an incredibly good price for being so central! It s a simple place, still is has everything needed and the staff is super friendly and helpful! A perfect place for backpackers

The only problem is the 5.60 euro fee for towel and bed linen, which the website did not mention as mandatory. After booking, they require this fee; you cannot stay without paying 5.60 euro. This fee should be mentioned in the beginning while reserving a room (should not be added after and showed as mandatory)

The room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was also clean. The location was good. The bed was comfortable. Good choice for friends (for a twin room). The worker at the reception was good and kind.
