No lift available. This can be a problem if you have heavy luggage with you. Breakfast room was really small and we didn't find any place to eat. Luckily there was a patio outside were we ate, but that was one floor above the buffet room.

Nice and cosy hotel/hostel close to Hötorget. Very close to busses and tube or you can just walk to the central station. Breakfast selection was plentiful. There were many different types of yoghurt, fresh fruit, bread, scrambeled eggs etc.

There were no furniture to put our clothes and stuff (just hangers), so we had to stay with our luggages in the middle of the room during whole stay. Also the drain in the bathroom smelled badly :(

Super friendly and helpful personal. Wonderful location, we could get to the old town just by feet (aprox 20 min), nearby there are lot’s of different places where you can eat. The breakfast at Hoterget was tasty with different options to choose.

Opening the door with the key was difficult. To get the key into the key hole was good exercise.

Mattress was soft After having shower, water was around because shower screen panel is not closed completely. Before coming, we had a written confirmation that we could pay hotel fees spliting in two (each of us pays for ), but they didn't accept it when we checked in.

The room was really basic and didn’t resemble any of the rooms on the website. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. While the people staying close by weren’t noisy, the street noise was loud. Curtains were thin so the room was bright very early. The breakfast was fine but the scrambled eggs were cold.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the Old Town and the museums. The staff were very helpful letting me used their phone chargers as I’d forgotten mine. The room wasn’t expensive. There is a courtyard which would be nice to sit in when the weather gets better.

Room access card wasn't functioning properly so had to get assistance. This was rectified immediately without any fuss.

nothing, it was very satisfactory for our needs for two nights. I would probably stay somewhere different for a longer period as I would prefer a fridge.

The location was quite central. A variety of food options close by including Asian Supermarkets. The breakfast was fantastic! an excellent range of food and very nice! Staff very friendly and helpful.

Bed mattresses were rather shallow and shower was a bit cramped. There was no housekeeping - apart from bins emptied and re-stocking, however with Co-vid around we didn`t mind this.

Location very central and quiet, reception staff were always available, very knowledgeable and were able to advise on transport and sight seeing. Breakfast very plentiful, in a pleasant basement setting. Room was quite big, well heated with the opportunity to have a window open.
