There were repairs on the ship. Because of this was noisy. I think would be better if the hotel sending the information about repairs in advance to the costumers. So, we could change the reservation.

The roof in our room was quite low, I couldn't make it into bed with out manouvering myself onto the windowsill/table first due to bumping my head on the ceiling. (I'm 6ft3) This was completely fine once I figured it out. But if you're taller than me maybe don't get a room with bunk beds! lol

Staff were perfect, friendly and nothing was too much to ask for! Definitely reccomend the breakfast on the boat. And if you're there in the winter a nice hot Glogg at reception is a must!

I would give you a 9 to 10 score, but I must give a 7 because of the renovations in the next room, woke up at 7:30 AM because of the hammers and noise. This is just not ok for clients who really want just to relax and enjoy your beautifull country.

Friendly staff, great view, I had the room with the private bathroom: very comfortable matrese, a lot of space, simple usefull bathroom, very clean, i was in the second boat, the ideea of sleeping on a boat is cool and different from the classic hotel style

The walls are paper thin so bring earplugs. I don't care but I know some do.

It is super cozy. Like an English pub. Not extremely clean overall but the rooms seemed well kept. It is very cheap and with that in mind you can hopefully accept a few blemishes.

When you have toilet tube above your head, you know exactly about all the other customers' toilet habits, but well, you are on a boat, you cannot expect luxury :).

The boat could do with a good clean through. The smell on the boat we were on and in the corridor outside the room was very unpleasant, the drainage might need sorting!

The location was great, very reasonable given the cost of many of the other hotels and hostels available. The staff seemed very helpful and accommodating. I sent several messages all of which were answered promptly and professionally. On the last day as we had an early flight the person on reception organised a taxi for us.

Location was amazing, very close to the city centre as well as a metro station to reach other attractions. Generally it was surprisingly clean (our expectations are usually very low when staying overnight at cheap hotels/hostels) as we arrived they cleaned all the shared bathrooms (I think they did that daily)

Our room was not clean (dust and dirty socks on the floor), it was very small, it had a bad smell, lots of noise from the traffic and in the morning it was very moisterous.

The staff, the breakfast and the other room (40) we got (bigger, more silent, cleaner and nicer view from the window).

Liked everything. We did expect the breakfast to be included in the price though, but mabe it was us not reading the description properly. And since the breakfast was quite cheap, it wasn`t a problem at all.

Towels are supposed to be for the entire stay, even a stay more than a couple nights. Shower curtain was not long enough so water went all over the bathroom floor.
