The shower water pressure is the main thing to improve. It's just too low for my liking. Also a bedside table, even a small one, could be welcomed. Also soundproofing wasn't that great as I can hear cleaners and things move around outside the lift area, still bearable.

Good location for work with the price, quick check-in, and friendly staff. The well stocked minibar was a great touch as well. And great to have nespresso coffee machine in the room. Also I get extra bottle of water, seems like an extra touch from the staff as I have finished 2 bottles day prior.

Too cramped for children, floors weren’t properly clean and dirty. You have to go through a bar at night to get into the lift. No breakfast.

Walls are thin, can hear sounds from the room next door. as long as you have good neighbours then no issues :)

Hotel is well located. walking distance to Burgis mall, Bugis street, Raffles and Suntech city. there are two 7-11's close by. Many bars and restaurants in the area (didn't try them out). Room was small as most hotels in Singapore are. However, the room is was well laid out. There was everything needed from coffee maker, kettle, and toiletries. the bed is big and comfy. Comfortable for 1-2 people. good place to stay.

Everything is a bit run down and also could be cleaner. Entrance is hard to find and staff gave the impression as if they do not want to work there/are not interested in customers. With 2 big backpacks the room is small.

Unbeknown to us the room had no window which came as a shock. A false wall to divide toilet/shower from bedroom. Windows in toilet and shower privacy metal outside cover then internal blind so the opposite property cannot see in, then door and plastic panels let a little daylight to room. No private area to store luggage left in hallway next to reception desk.

Within easy walking distance to transport, shops, restaurants and bars. Very pleasant staff. Lift. Snacks, biscuits, 2 cartons juice, 2 bottles beer, tea and coffee included in your room fee.

Overhead shower head was a bit annoying to get working properly. I have a dust mite allergy, and I think the mattress hasn't received a deep clean for some time.
