There was renovations ongoing during our stay and Dream pool was closed for some events so amenities were not so good. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was good. Staffs were friendly and accomodating.

The pool was closed. The other skypool had tiles missing, the surrounding tiles were broken uneven and dangerous, roof leaked the area only had 5 beds.' The place was dated and in need of updating and repair The breakfast was often cold Pineapple ran out after 3 days, maple syrup one day, then told next day they don't do maple syrup ??

Due to renovation on going, there wasn't much facilities available. And we felt the bed or cover wasn't that clean as we felt slight itch

The breakfast food was delicious. The spread was not extensive but ample. There was a Filipino lady staff on duty during the breakfast. She has very good customer service, is attentive and courteous . View from the room was great.

We stayed in #311. There was a drilling sound throughout the night, suspect it was some sort of pump or equipment related to the pool or jacuzzi which was just above our room. It did disrupt our rest.

Location was amazing, lots of greenery. We knew the resort was undergoing renovation works, so it was not a surprise that many of the areas were closed.

Understood the reason the hotel is undergoing an overhaul of sorts, to have the old facilities replace and a much needed rejuvenation of the place. Their inhouse restaurant Shutters is shuttered and undergoing renovation. The wooden cabinet doors of our room were either creaking or already sagging. There is no bidet in the toilet too.

Friendly and attentive staff. Attractive price point as the place is undergoing overhaul of its facilities. Good reason for you to venture out to explore Sentosa rather than stay in your room, right! Just take note the reception is just above their indoor carpark (Level 1) at level 2. We were given a room at 4 level at The Sanctuary Wing and it was the same level as their infinity pool!

This will be a great hotel when finished but hotel undergoing a major refurb which has impacted the visitor experience despite the best efforts of the very helpful staff. Large parts of the grounds and building (including headline booking.com picture) were out of bounds, building work was seen and heard. This was a surprise and should have been advertised /forewarned in advance. the descriptions given on the booking .com website give a false impression

the staff and location made it. Rooms were spacious, breakfast plentiful (oriental, western and Indian options) and location excellent especially down to the Sentosa beaches.

When I visited the bar and restaurant was closed for renovations, so outside of breakfast I had to leave the hotel for a drink or dinner.

The property was clean and the air conditioning was fantastic, location really good too.

I wasn’t able to adjust the air con in the room. It was freezing all the time. Some of the furniture was a bit run down. There was no facility to hang your wet swim clothes up in your bathroom after going for a swim so it makes it very hard to dry them. The restaurant on site was closed for renovations but there was a lot of options to eat so that wasn’t a bad thing.

The location was convenient for the purpose we were there which was to see Universal Studios. It was also super easy to get around. Having breakfast included was a bonus that we didn’t have to worry about. I loved the peacocks walking around and the roof top pool. The staff were helpful when we needed to book a taxi.

The pools, breakfast buffet - shout out to the omelette station! Location was excellent. Shuttle bus awesome. Water, drinks, and snacks free and yummy.

The room is not clean, the shower room is cover by mould. The sky swimming pool has no shade, the children pool got lots of mosquitos. My daughter got bitten on her forehead while she is swimming!

The room I was initially assigned felt really worn. A light bulk over bed was blown, the wood on much of the vanity counter and room TV table was chipped or warped. The shower cubicle floor was dirty and needed to be better cleaned. The general rooms in the curved long block feels aged and in need of refreshing. I was told the block is undergoing upgrading. Fortunately the sent housekeeping to fix the lights and clean shower floor. I appreciated that.

Lush greenery and landscaping. Lovely estate. Good location. Historic feel of buildings around. The staff were helpful and attentive to address my concerns over the room. I appreciate the swift service recovery and the front desk offered a change to a much better room.

The room turned very cold once the aircon was on and made little difference after adjusting to lower fan mode. Ended up sleeping without aircon. The TV channels were limited and features such as mirroring was not working despite trying to connect with different devices.

The rooms we got were comfortable, the location was an acceptable distance to the Sentosa bus stop and monorail station, and the ambience surrounded by greenery was refreshing.

Security it horrible. From main reception to the room/ rooftop pool there is no security. I thought should have access card to to enter the guest level and pool.
