The customer service provided was exceptional - especially Lynn the Chef Concierge, Jeff the Doorman and Alice in the Breakfast room. We had everything to make our 3 night stay very comfortable and relaxing. We would highly recommend!

The hotel is beautiful, combining modern amenities with still the colonial feel of historic Singapore. The location is central to many of the tourist spots such as shopping, bars, and restaurants and we could easily walk to almost all of our destinations. Everything else was an easy MRT ride away from the nearby station.

Beautifully decorated hotel, such warm, friendly helpful staff. Great location. We loved the charming classic decor with Asian influences. Loved the Lobby lounge, great ambience and offered light meals and drinks. Also the pool was great and we used this most days due to the humid weather. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Staff would always get us taxis and we’re always smiling.

Very limited TV channels. Nothing to watch on TV really. Limited food options inside the hotel. But Bugis is connected and one can go there for some simple food options.

The sole drawback is that the rooms lack soundproofing.

We spent a night in the Classic King Room at the Heritage Wing over the Christmas weekend. Quite pricey - $504 in total. Firstly, the hotel's location is a significant advantage, situated just a short walk away from malls and numerous dining options. Additionally, the staff we encountered were all welcoming! When we asked for 2 bottles of drinking water, the housekeeping staff arrived with 6 - a small yet thoughtful gesture. Besides that, The Breakfast Room actually provides a quite satisfactory buffet selection. We loved the creamy and fluffy scrambled eggs from the Egg Station, although the bacon was a wee bit disappointing. Last but not least, the bathtub was unquestionably an added bonus. A spacious bathroom somehow provides sense of comfort and luxury.

This hotel is just great in many different ways. Location is right in the core of Singapore. We could walk anywhere from the hotel. We got upgraded to a suite since the hotel had full occupancy. That was a perfect way to start our stay in Singapore. Room cleaning service was excellent. Staff was very attentive and efficient. Beds were comfortable and facilities were worth the money we paid. We’d stay again.

I booked the heritage wing room, not knowing that the room was quite far from the front desk. TV set was awkwardly placed, could not be seen from the bed, nor from the sofa. Restaurant needs to include halal food.

The location is good, within walking distance to intetesting places. Friendly staffs from front door to back door 😊. This was my third stay in the hotel.

The rooms were big for the entry-level room. The location was great, next to Bugis junction and within walking distance of arab street. Food galore!

Two: my mum is 80 years old. She slipped off the edge of her bed and onto the floor in her sleep at night, luckily uninjured, and then she got up on her own little by little. The shower room does not have any non-slip design that considering for elderly people, my mum did not dare to take a shower for fear of falling. This two points never had happened in other hotels that we lived, either in Singapore or in other places. I hope these can be improved.

Breakfast is perfect! Your front desk provided a satisfactory solution to an impromptu change in our travelling, for which we are very grateful!
