Breakfast is not very good, there are too many people and the restaurant is small. Tables are very closely seated.

We like the pool. The bedrooms are a nice size.

One of the room was communicating with another room and neighbours were quite loud and making noise late in the night. Location was good for luxury shopping but for food it was quite hard to find affordable good food.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area was very nice. The staff was helpful.

The location is not as convenient as I thought, there's still some distance to the main orchard road. Near Orchard rendezvous hotel, there're only old malls like far east, so the location can be better.

The room is very spacious, staffs are very friendly to provide what's requested, like changing floor to stay in the same floor with family, and transfer room to a less noisy environment because one of my family is sensitive. The breakfast is not buffet style unfortunately, my family didn't get used to it.

Great location on Orchard Road. Very nice rooftop pool. Room was clean and quiet.

No seated waiting area at check in. Common area to wait for taxi or meetings. Limited choice at breakfast but still ok.

The Grab and Go bar in the foyer (where muffins and coffee are available) could do with a sign on it stating where to pay when unmanned. I'm not sure but I may have been the only one with muffins in a bag running round the foyer trying to find where to pay.

The room was sparkling clean, charming and the bed was big and very comfortable. Being on level 10 the views over the pool were truly lovely. As our flight arrived in Singapore at 5am in the morning it was very easy to get a reasonably priced early check in which we appreciated very very much. The front desk staff were lovely, thanks to Lory, Nancy and the amazing and effervescent Jacqueline, who was always ready with helpful information on things to do in Singapore.

Room superb, size and very comfort for the mattress. Location of the hotel was amazing. Only breakfast have limited as they only provide Ala carte and not buffee as our expectation.

There was really little we did not like about this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed in the Club Room. Well worth the cost. Rooms are clean, spacious, and well maintained. The Club Rooms come with a private balcony that overlooks a sea of lush greenery. This was a refreshing change from our usual concrete jungle views! The balcony provided a nice alcove to unwind at. Club guests also have exclusive access to the Club Lounge. Staff are really friendly! They will aim to serve you at their best. I especially want to commend Samy and Ash at the Club Lounge for their great and impeccable service. They were very professional, kind and friendly! All other staff in the hotel are like them - amazing service and friendliness. The reception staff are polite and helpful. Don't hesitate to approach any staff for help should you need it! They also provide power adaptors, which allowed us to charge our devices anywhere if required. The hotel is location is great and commuting is easy. The concierge was very helpful and professional. Overall an impressive, welcoming and very enjoyable place to stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Walls were quite thin as we can hear noise from neighbouring room. Just something to note if you're a light sleeper. Quite a walk from orchard but there is a bus stop nearby.

Rooms were clean and good size. Excellent pool with gym.

There was an overwhelming vegetable smell when we entered our room. Opened the mini fridge to find there were rotten vegetables inside! Not old, rotten meaning they had been there for some time! It was disappointing because the housekeeper himself seemed very pleasant when he helped us get the baby cot into our room. It is a shame that the room itself was such a let down. Besides the mini fridge fiasco there were many other spots even in our new room that showed a lack of attention to cleaning. Highly disappointing. Such excellent staff deserved to be backed by high quality accommodations to match.

This trip was saved only by the Club Lounge staff; Samy and Ash. Samy went above and beyond to make me and my family comfortable and welcome, even before all the issues we faced with our room. His attention to detail and his warm, personable service requires special mention. From the start to the last minute of our trip, Samy was there to put a smile on our faces. Manager Ash as well went out of his way to ensure top-notch service recovery and helped to make sure the rest of our stay was as comfortable as possible. He gave me the impression that he was sincerely empathised with the issues we faced and really tried to make up for it the best that he could. The other Club lounge and reception staff also served us well. But when it comes to Samy and Ash, this hotel should thank their lucky stars that these 2 were around to make up for mistakes that in fact had nothing to do with them.
