Very kind staff, extensive breakfast, and a great location near the old town

The room was quite old. The lightnings near the bed didn’t work properly, the socket near the bed didn’t work, and there was a shortage of sockets in general. The shower didn’t work properly as well.

The stuff was very nice and pleasant. The breakfast was great! The location is perfect.

Location is okay (ish). Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room is decent and clean. Breakfast is served from 7am and is plenty. The barista prepares "personalized" coffee for everyone. Recommend it for short stays.

A little dated, but not a problem. One small glitch: on one side of the bed, there was a plug for charging a phone, or plugging in a device. But not on the other side, where the telephone was. Not many folks need access to the hard-wired phone or the ethernet connection any more.

Very pleasant staff (my wife speaks Czech, I speak only English and German) and they were very pleasant and helpful in all languages. Offered us a welcome drink, explained breakfast procedures, asked about parking, everything. The breakfast was excellent: accommodating for both big-breakfasters (eggs, bacon, sausage, baked beans) and vegetarian/vegan options. Wide selection and interesting choices. Room was upgraded to a suite. Jacuzzi bath was a bonus. Suite had multiple TV screens (over the bed, on the wall, even in the bathroom. A decent desk for work (a requirement for me, even when it's a pleasure trip), and that was provided with a decent chair. A little note offered the loan of a laptop ... nice touch. Small fridge filled with mini-bar items. A kettle and instant coffee/tea was provided. (So cooking and on-site food prep would be limited, but that was not our need). Location was great. Ten minutes to downtown in a pleasant stroll. Just outside the inner city, but close. We had windows open, and the street noise was minimal. Birdsong in the morning. A bonus: opening the windows turns off the air-conditioning. Why doesn't every hotel do this?

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, although the space was a bit snug. The apartment was pleasantly warm, with a comfy bed creating a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was both spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The added convenience of reserved parking was a significant plus, and the diverse breakfast options were delicious. Being just a 15-20 minute walk from the city center and major attractions makes it an excellent choice. I'm definitely planning to return!

Excellent hotel in a very good location. Right next to the old town, only a 10-minute walk to the nearest attractions, or in December to the first Christmas market. 5 minutes to the covered Old market. Nearby are restaurants and a couple of small bars. If you come by car, I recommend reserving a parking space. Very good and varied breakfast. Rooms and other areas are always clean. Comfortable large bed in the room, there is also a useful safe. Good WiFi. Very friendly staff.

If someone comes for the weekend and does not intend to bring their own cosmetics such as shampoo and hair conditioner. I strongly advise against using hotel products because their quality, especially hair conditioners, is terrible.

The food was great both in the hotel and in Bratislava as a whole.

Location was excellent, close to bus terminal and city center. Room for 1 person was okay in size, also clean. Bed was too soft for me.
