There was a smell of malfunctioning sewage on the floor.

The breakfast was beyond my expectations and the hostess was welcoming and nice. The fried eggs were one of the best in my life.

The accommodation is in a very good location, the room was well-equipped and the bed was fantastically comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, with a huge selection (also for those with food allergies or intolerances).

The one dinner we chose to eat there was a disappointment in that the pork ribs we ordered were peppered with small bone fragments. In fact, the rib bones were quite large and it appeared to be a poor quality attempt to make larger ribs cut down to a size that resembled the smaller baby-back ribs. During a conversation with the waiter, it was discovered the meat is delivered from a supplier, already prepared, and the restaurant simply cooks what is delivered. NOT to our taste.

Their location in general. A short distance from the train and bus stations. Our walks to and from the Thermal Park were not stressful and were through pleasant neighborhoods.

Our room neighbours were really loud one night. Apart from that it was a perfect stay. We cannot say anything negative. It was clean, comfy, we even had a TV with several languages. But our neighbours turned up the TV at 10 p.m. and shouted and had a party, which was not so nice.

The breakfast was delicious and the people working there were so nice and easy to talk to. Everyone understands German, sadly not everyone understands English but the main staff does. They communicate well and their service is first class. Check-in was easy and the rooms are clean and comfy. The bed are even adjustable! And the lighting is spectacular. We also liked the rain forest shower. We will definitely come again!

Beautiful big room with an actual jacuzzi, turned on before we were there so the temperature was perfect. Nice balcony. I would say in this village it is the only hotel you should stay in! The restaurant with the hotel is very good as well. They serve beautiful cocktails for a fair price. Also staff was very friendly. But honestly if u are gonna stay here. Get the jacuzzi room it is perfect!

We really heard a lot from the neighbour rooms, especially toilet at night. But nothing major. Otherwise we have nothing to complain

Everything was very clean, the staff was very friendly and the room clean and nice. We went to the thermal pool and it was 1,5km away. Walking was possible, but the way lead next to a big street, so we preferred by car. Near the hotel was a Lidl, so also buying stuff was no issue. I would recommend to also try the restaurant, which belongs to the hotel, because the food their was REALLY good!

maybe the breakfast Could be improved. also the checkout hour, 10am it s too early…

very close to the train station. less that 5min of walk. very close to the stadium mol arena. i was sitting in the biggest room, it was very very nice and luxurious. it worthed all the money and the road til there. very big jacuzzi. everything was perfect.
