Breakfast would have become boring if staying longer. Flavoured yogurt wasn’t a portion on both days. Tiny bit of dust in certain areas in the room (light fitting) and a little more of a walk than expected to centre.

Lovely modern property with great facilities. It was comfortable and clean enough. Staff are friendly and easy to locate.

Their system restarts at 4 am, which is when when we had to check out, so it took a while.. also grab a face mask with you if you are bothered by light in the morning, as the curtains are not very thick.

Very quiet and nice place, easy walking distance to the old town , and only 15 min away from the airport. The staff was really friendly and helpful as well

Despite "own parking lot" is indicated, and the hotel confirmed it to my express question, there was no vacant parking place inside the hotel court. It was inconvenient as parking needs a permission in the area.

Excellent location at the bottom of Bratislava Castle, only 10 minutes walk from the old town. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped room, plentiful and varied breakfast.

The room was clean and big. There were a few big closets and the bathroom had more than enough space. Due of an issue at the hotel, we were told upon our arrival that the breakfast we ll be served daily at our room. To be honest I was sceptical and it won’t be enough. But they provided everything with big variety and portions. The staff was amazing and cover our needs and questions at the blink of an eye. Especially the lady at the morning shift with glasses, sorry I didn’t catch her name, was super friendly and helpful. Top notch service! The location is about 10 minutes to the city centre on foot, but it is super easy to get there. Basically it is a straight line to get there. Thank you for a lovely stay there

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was so spacious and such good value for money. The decor is stylish and the bathroom is so grand. There’s a few sofas and a kitchenette with every utensil you could need. The location is great as it’s only a 10-15 minute walk into town. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Good quiet location within 10 minutes walk of old town, (bit longer coming back as it's uphill!). Room very big, good facilities and everything in it you need.

Location is in a steep hill so coming and going to the hotel was a bit of a challenge.

Room was nice and had a kitchenette. Everything was clean and kitchen supplies were all provided. All in all a great stay!

There is a bus stop in the same street as the hotel, but this bus runs once in half an hour. You would have to walk a bit for the other bus stops. It is not that far but if you arrive with all your luggage, it would be nice if there was a bus stop closer. The road to the hotel is also quite uphill and especially at the entrance.

The room was very spacious and looked good and clean. The bathroom was also quite big and had a bathtub. There was plenty of room to store your things in the cupboards. This would be fine for a long stay. The room looked the same as the pictures. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee sachets.

TV didnt work properly and you had to be careful while taking a shower because otherwise the water leaked out of the shower “cabin”.

Not even 1 tea bag so bring your own coffee or tea. Huge beds but when you go in the middle it separates slides on the timber floor into 2 singles

Check in is after 15.00- a bit inconvenient if you are there for a day or two. Tourists should feel they are appreciated!!! Going up and down the hill - a waste of time if you want to make as much as possible out of your short stay.

A big nice room, a comfortable bed and fine mattresses too. The area is very quiet. A walk of 10 min. to Michalska Brana, the center of the city; a bit uphill from the center back though; not easy to walk with luggage😊The hotel helps with a taxi ;the price in Bratislava is 5euros (do not take any pirate ones!!!! Here is the phone for the taxi:0918 555 555. However, different prices apply from Bratislava airport)
