-In the night the street might be a little bit noisy.

-Good location in the center of the city, many restaurants, cafes, bars are close by. -The room was big and included bedroom and living room. -As requested they provided a baby cot. -Air conditioner otherwise many windows to open. -There is parking space in front of the hotel.

No air-conditioning (or even a fan) in the room. This made it quite uncomfortable on a night as it was very hot at the time of our stay.

Breakfast is of limited choice, but it is ok. As we do not eat meat and came later, there was very limited choice of hot food without meat.1

It is clean in the rooms. The location is brilliant, several minutes from the old town, 16 minutes from the railway and bus station on foot. Staff was helpful.

The rooms were not cleaned properly. The bathroom had a distinctive smell (parfume?). The walls are thin and could hear the other rooms' guests.

The room was big and easily accessible. The location was also good, and the price/quality ratio is fine considering that it's in Košice.

The only thing that affected a little our stay was the soundproofing: for me it was okay but my boyfriend couldn't fall asleep for some time because he heard our neighbors. Again, I didn't notice it because I was very sleepy))

Very friendly and helpful staff in the hotel, the place is easy to find and not very far from the city center, everything is in a few minutes of walk away. There is a lift inside to reach upper floors. The room itself was big and comfortable, in bathroom there was a shower and the bath too, it was great because we needed a lot to relax after a travel. Good internet connection.

Two things. The first is that there was a molden wall in the room. The second requires a small story and might not happen to you at all, but it did happen to us. So, because the room did not have a hairdryer, we requested one at the reception and got it shortly after. When trying to use it, it started overheating and producing a lot of black smoke. We stopped it quickly and didn’t use it again, but the entire thing was a bit frustrating and it also made us feel kind of unsafe.

The facilities were fine, the bed was comfortable and the private bathroom was what you’d expect. The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to the historical centre where all the action is. The 24-hour reception was very good, considering we checked-out very early, and the staff seemed nice and ready to help with anything.

Hotel located in a walking distance to the City Center. Parking place available - underground and in a front of Hotel as well. Large and comfortable room - modernly decorated and clean. Spacious bathroom and big shower space. Breakfast various and tasty, fresh vegetables and fruits. Nice and helpful reception Staff.

Pillows are really large and not comfortable to sleep. Bedroom AC didn’t had remote or wasn’t working. Quite small TV for such large apartment.

Very large apartment. Separate living room and bedroom. Large, spacious bathroom. Provided showel gel and shampoo. Bedroom had large and comfortable bed. Dogs friendly. Pets fee 5€ / night. Friendly staff. Free parking for 5-6 cars, plus optional garage parking. City center 5min away by walking. There was decent size fridge. Comfortable sofa in living room. Also there is town tourist fee 3€ / night. I would probably stay here again. Looks good value for money.

Sidewalk in front of the hotel has been repaired therefore loud noises from 6 am.

in the morning, the noise outside is easily heard. But at night, is very quiet. If the noise isolation can do better that would be great.

The location is good, very near the view points. The room is very large, and the toilet is new and clean, have both tub and shower, that’s really a surprise.

I didn’t like there wasn’t much off a selection for breakfast and when a wedding is on we don’t get breakfast at all for 2 days or dinner and our room wasn’t clean for 5 days everything else was fine
