Nothing really. Everything was amazing. The bed was a little hard for our taste and the pillows a bit too big, but that's a matter preference.

The staff was super nice. We had to follow a strict diet and they went out of their way to provide us with a fantastic breakfast that took our diet into account. Thanks very much again for that! The view from the room was simply spectacular!

There were issues with the online key lock notifications which I haven’t received in advance, but luckily the contact person was immediately helpful and solved the problem straight away for us.

It looked new, clean and was very comfortable and great location. It was with a lot of little touches managed well and we felt welcomed.

The shower was awkward to use and water sprayed everywhere. The drive to the parking area was icy and difficult to negotiate in a two wheel drive vehicle. We felt that we should have been advised of this beforehand.

The breakfast was fabulous with lots of choices including fresh products and cooked food. The room had a stunning view. There were nice facilities in the room including a good range of drinks and complimentary bathroom products. The common room downstairs was also excellent.

Excellent customer service and communication from booking till check-out. Host was really kind and friendly. We loved the views from our window! Room was tidy and comfortable, warm enough. Bathroom is modern, clean, amenities are better than most hotels. Breakfast was rich and tasty with numerous options. We definitely return here if we visit Strbske pleso again.

after cleaning the room the tea bags and coffee capsule were not replanished (we spent 2 nights there) otherwise everything was really good!

Hotel self check in was really efficient and instructions given were clear, faclitiy is brand new, there is a nespresso machine and teapo in the room so really pleasant welcome :)

Very nice place. We a group of mountain trail runners wanted to have one comfortable night (the chata's in mountains are ok, but not very comfortable), so we're lucky of founding this nice place. Sparkling clean, really comfy beds, coffee and tea - what could be better!

we were in the third floor with no lift, not so easy for older people!!

Room was beautiful with large windows overlooking the valley. Fabulous breakfast included which was a bonus. Very clean and lovely bathroom products.

The communication on forehand was good. View from the room overlooked the value. Showers were good! Breakfast was so good, all you require for a long day walking. Staff is super friendly.

Clean, it is possible to make coffee and tea in the room, relatively close location to the hiking area, the lake and the supermarket (about 8 minutes walk), there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small dining room on the entrance floor

Good communication in advance. Fantastic mountain view in the morning after arrival in cold, foggy night. Reception onboard in the morning. Nice breakfast. Train station and restaurants around the corner. Good starting point for mountain hikes.

I was late 1 min for the breakfast the first day and the staff bluntly rejected me to have breakfast.

Breakfast was OK. My grand daughter has joined me for breakfast the last day and as she was 7, it was free of charge. The first day I was 1 min late for breakfast and after the staff first rejected me to have breakfast, they later on brought me breakfast to the room.

The room was small but extremely nice and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The Vila has an extraordinary view to the mountains, and it's really close to the lake and the restaurants. I'll definitely return one day.
