Beautiful beach, great service throughout, friendly staff.

The resort fees and taxes added much more to the advertised than I would expected and it wasn't until very late in the booking process that they were visible. This is more a criticism of the booking.com web site than the resort.

The property is beautiful. It is laid out well and landscaped well. The beach space was large and uncrowded. We never had a difficult time finding an umbrella and chairs at the pool or beach. Our cottage unit was very comfortable and the service was great. We also loved the food and service at Grace's Cottage.

There was nothing I didn’t like! We had a hard time getting the TV to cooperate when we wanted to watch a big football playoff game at night, but that’s about it.

Our ice maker never did work but the staff was great about getting us ice. Bathroom floors were warped. They did not replenish some of the breakfast dishes, so if you were not there early, you missed it.

Beautiful setting. Great proximity to restaurants and shopping. Access to the pool and ocean was awesome. The breakfast options with fresh fruit was great and the breakfast atmosphere was really good.

The beach staff was super friendly but could have been more attentive to customers on the beach. We always had to get up and ask for service (food and drink).

We barely have something to complain about. Some of the staff members could have been more friendly and we felt overcharged at the pool bar sometimes. But all in all this is a great place.

The check-in process starts with a little tour of the property. It is a small property with 28 rooms and you are shown everything. This has a very nice and personal touch. The property is not new, but well maintained. It has a very nice pool and beach area and the staff is really friendly (with few exceptions). We loved our room and the property overall. For us this hotel has everything we need. It is a very quiet place to relax and a little away from some other huge properties. The breakfast is relatively small but provides everything we needed. The hotel also provides complimentary water and bikes you can use to ride into town. You are in walking distance (5-10 mins) to about 10-15 restaurants and 15mins to the local grocery store. We will certainly be back.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing but not bad. Lady who workes at front desk is not very polite and seems to not like her job at all. Bed was comfortable but a bit unstable, if you moved even a little the whole bed shaked. But these were minor things and didn’t matter a lot.

It is very beautiful small hotel with lovely garden and nice pool. We liked location because it was close to shopping ang restaurants area and still in private and quiet area. The beach was clean and not crowded. We were happy to stay there!

- Room hardware is a bit outdated; - Power plug next to the master bedroom bedstand is blocked by a fixed wooden column (part of the bed post), making charging the phone there inaccessible; - Limited breakfast selection (free breakfast), there are more to order at a cost.

- Proximity and easy access to Grace Beach; - Boutique/small hotel with cosy atomsphere; - Not overly crowded with guests; - Friendly staff, especially receiption and beach staff; - Huge space in our villa (4+ bedrooms, multiple kitchens, livingrooms, dinning rooms); - Delicious pool side food and dinner - Walking distance to busier parts of town, but not too close where it becomes overwhelming.

We had the best experience at Point Grace for our 1 year anniversary!!! The location is amazing!!! We had access to the private beach access, beautiful pool, amazing service throughout the property!!! We could rent bikes, kayak, snorkel and pretty much everything was included! Breakfast was amazing and the staff is friendly and the island is so beautiful!! Would recommend to all my family and friends I loved how charming the unit was! Great view just amazing!
