The bathroom badly needs some uplifting. The rest was perfect!

Beautiful rooms with pool access. The beach is right across the road, night market and shops, restaurants nearby. Excellent location and hotel for families. You can reach Patong in 20mins. Staff is very welcoming and helpful.

The cleaning of the air conditioning is not good. First room 1108 was smelling really bad, we asked to have it checked and we were immediately moved to a better room. They looked like they new about the issue in the room. In the new room the smell was gone but I still got very sick. I wonder how often they check and clean the airco here? My only remark, rest was fabulous and my other family members did not get sick or had issues.

Location, rooms and facilities were fine and really good price. Staff very helpful, very solutions driven and kind. I recommend the place.

We would like the swimmingpool to be open until t least 8pm. Weather was ectreemely hot and a swim after supper would have been great. Not enough poolside chairs.

Thisis our second stay. Location excellent beach right across the road. Breakfast excellent many many choices. Staff very pleasant and small matters sorted out very quickly. Shopping at our doorstep and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Pool was great and very clean.

The noise from the upstairs room when opening closing the sliding window door. And the noise from the maid upstairs when moving the bed or furniture when cleaning.

Good size of room and bath shower toilet. Nice small terrace with direct access to the pool. Hot water for bath and shower. Good breakfast and food in general. Parking for the car.

Room were very nice. My only criticism would be the bathroom was a bit tired and could do with an update but other than that we really liked this hotel. I've seen some comments that people thought the walk to reception from the rooms was too far. I didn't think it was that bad at all.

Firstly, excellent location and layout of the hotel, straight opposite the beach. The bedrooms were far enough away from the street so that it was quiet at nightime. Loved the pool areas, we especially like the bar area in the pool and happy hour starting at 4pm. As we were there in the height of summer around 4pm the whole pool was shaded which gave much relief from the heat of the day. Gym was nicely air conditioned. Breakfast was very good, my favourite was the omelette made to order and the selection of fruit.

Breakfast did not cater well for gluten free diet. We requested twin beds as my husband had recently had back surgery but this was not offered.

The rooms were quite far from reception and breakfast, and the employees’ lack of foreign language skills generated a terrible misunderstanding over a hand towel at checkout that unnecessarily spoiled some of the experience

We could not get a late checkout, however we were aloud to store our luggage there and shower later in the afternoon, however the showers were the staff showers. Would be nice if the had a guests room for late pickups

Except the girl I mentioned, the other staff usually had a cold face.

The room is spacious and very new. The swimming pool is around with some trees, so it isn't expose to sunlight too much.My little son was swimming in this pool all day. The Beach is nearby. When we ate breakfast, we had a sea view. A young girl staff -wearing a silver watch-working in the restaurant was very nice and helpful.
