How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very friendly staff, who were accommodating with our requests. Location around Sukhumvit and Asoke is great, and the price was reasonable. The room was beautiful, spacious and quiet. A/C worked well.

The room was smaller than we thought from the pictures. It worked for a few days but not for longer for us. As I said above, it was mostly quiet but when other guests are making louder sounds and moving things around in their rooms, it's not quiet. We couldn't hear voices, but furniture being moved across the floor, drawers, doors, and cupboards opening and closing, loud heel walking on the floor - it all transfers through the floor quite a lot. So much so that I was woken up and kept up from a guest staying above us who was doing all of this around midnight for at least an hour. I called the front desk to ask them to speak to them, and they did, so it was finally quiet close to 1:30AM. Not the first time I've experienced this, it would be nice if the hotels would put little pads on the bottom of the chairs and on some of the doors to reduce the sound as other guests are not always aware of, or don't care, how loud it is for others.
The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning had good placement for the small space. The bathroom was great and the shower was especially good for pressure and also keeping the rest of the bathroom dry. Lighting was good. Location worked great for us for walking and also for the BTS. The staff were very welcoming and kind and helpful. Also, it was mostly very quiet - from the street and from the other rooms, so long as the other guests are also quiet.

No cleaning during my stay.
The location is super quiet. You can walk to Sukhumvit road area with nearby Skytrain and underground trains. Lots of shops and cafes nearby, Terminal 21 mall. There was no noise from the surrounding area so I slept well. My room was small but comfortable enough for a solo traveler. There was everything I needed - a comfortable bed, AC, fridge, kettle, etc.

Rooms are relatively small. No pool. Beds are firm, which is ok for me, but not everyone's thing. TV service is very basic. Internet is decent, but not great.
Location is good. Hotel is clean and quiet. Arranged an early cab to the airport... easy. Lots of eating and drinking options nearby. Easy walk to Asoke BTS.

The lights in the room are quite dark. If you need to work it is not the best place because room is quite dark.
Good quality vs price. Really good location in the center, but still calm because is side street (in the end of the street). Staff working there is really lovely. It had everything what is needed for short stay. Bed is really comfortable.

Don’t expect a view out of your window because it is surrounded by buildings. Aircon could have been better.
Nice and clean. Comfortable stay. Near to Asoke BRT station, 10 mins walk maybe. Room was not that big but was only there for a night.

I like a firm bed, but this was too firm to be comfortable. Other than that I couldn't fault the place.
Good location, short walk to skytrain, but quiet enough off Sukhumvit Rd. Close to restaurants, bars, shopping etc. 24hr reception is great for late check in. Clean and secure room. Modern and large bathroom. Window opens for fresh air. Staff were helpful.
