How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The Location is a bit hidden.
The hotel is very quiet and its rooms are very spacious and clean. Walking distance is about 15 minutes to Khao San road. The breakfast is good.

Super clean. lovely staff . Tasteful design. Great breakfast. Bathrooms all good also. Unlimited bottled water, tea coffee and biscuits throughout the day. Such good value for money ! No complaints !

I liked everything but a TV in the room could have been more than perfect.
Everything! It was perfect for two nights, great location, clean and modern rooms and the staff was really kind, they helped us with everything we needed and gave us breakfast to take away because we left early to the airport, that literally saved our lifes. Breakfast is good and they give you free water which is very much appreciated.

Starting the day at breakfast with a sweat. Maybe some coolers or portable air conditioning would do good. We were there at a very hot period . Room needed some ventilation before we got in.
The fact that it's far from horrible khaosan road but not too far from the whole young vibe of the area. The people !

Nothing really!

This place has a top price/quality ratio, very helpful staff, clean rooms, everything working smoothly, good breakfast, cheap laundry. We booked for two weeks just to have a "home" during our tours in Thailand and we were very satisfied. Location depends on your interests, near touristy Khaosan road.

I would propose to have the place to pour water instead botteled water
Very clean, scandynavian style, 4 people room with the fridge, soap and shampoo, A/C, breakfast, water. Amazing staff. Location near to Phra Arthit pier

It would be nice if there was a fridge in the room.
The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean and nice, especially families with children can prefer it. We also thank you very much for the small gifts for our child when she left the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, walkable to Kao San Road as well as Grand Palace. There are also a couple of nice seafood restaurants and cute cafés all around which I recommend. The staff is really nice and helpful with planning trips and excursions. Breakfast is great and already included. Water, Coffee and cookies are free and always available at all hours. Could not recommend this place more :)

Very nice place! A bit put from the hectic Khaosan road - which is exactly what we were looking for. Close to pier to take boats to visit the city. Delicious breakfast, free bottled water and all personnel very friendly and helpful. Will surely repeat if I come back to BKK

Amazing value for money. Wonderful breakfast with lots of options to choose from! I had scrambled eggs, pumpkin and mushrooms (vegetarian) with coffee fresh juice fruits yoghurt toast - it was great. They have a free water fridge with bottled water and you can take unlimited amounts. My dream Staff were very attentive, with little maps to help you plan your day When I arrived it was dark and the hotel is on sort of a small alleyway, so I had no clue where I was. Needed to get food for my family so asked the staff where to go and they directed me to turn right and walk less than a minute. I expected to find a simple takeaway but instead found a gorgeous restaurant right under the bridge with so many boats passing all lit up. It was magical Comfortable beds and pillows, simple and cute accommodation and awesome location. Loved it
