the position , we payed extra for a sea view balcony and it was worth every penny,the hotel is a bit dated ,but that suits us .been pattaya many times 9 times at least this was the best value hotel we,ve had .very quiet at night yet 1/2 mile from shops ,bars, supermarket Its not your 5 star modern room but was large with all the things we wanted

Room price includes breakfast. It is convenient that we no need to go out and find in the morning. Thanks.

Hotel is OK and price is reasonable. One drawback is that we need to walk long way to to the beach. If there is short cut available, it will be better.

Front desk never cooperate to carry the beg I need to walk few time to main desk because my hotel don't have staff.

They had buffet breakfast before now have small menu. From main road is a long walk,before you coukd press a bell and someone would pick you up 24/7 .this has been stopped

It would be great if shuttle could transfer to Bus station.

The view was wonderful, the location was very comfortable and shuttle saves a lot of time.

The location is a bit off the beaten track but they do provide a tuk tuk to take you to the edge of civilization up to 11pm, pity there's no bar

We didn’t dislike anything but some upgrades to the shower cubicle and patio doors would be good.

Stunning views, we were in a corner room on the top floor and it was the best view out over Pattaya bay, the sunsets were amazing! The room does need some upgrades but it was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff keep the place spotless and we felt it was excellent value for money. Great location and we would definitely return.

Everything was great: very helpful reception, nice room planning Bath in the bathroom (not very clean due to it's age, but very useful to have) Clean bed linen and towels Big size balcony 2 Washing machines right in the building (40 THB) Swimming pool (need to refresh tiles, please, otherwise painful to get in) Gym Very close to the sea (not very clean unfortunately) and to Terminal 21 and both ways tuk-tuk/ singles stops Kids room Kids trampoline and pleasant mini-fountain near reception

The room was old and needs modernizing. Could not use the balcony of an evening as the flood lights outside were blinding. The staff were very unhelpful when asking to move rooms. They wanted to downgrade us. They lied about not having an equivalent room available.

Of course it’s not fresh new building. Some of interior need to change. Time take its toll. But view from window🥰

View. I chosen this room especially for window view. And my expectation was not destroyed. Window in half of my room size!. I could enjouy sea view directly from bed. Enjoying sunset everyday. Amaizing! I strongly recommend choose sea view room, you not will disappointed. It’s really good! That what dream each visitor arriving in sunshine marine town in Thai.
