Every part of this hotel was absolutely filthy and hasn't been cleaned properly in a long time. In our room there were stains on the walls, on the mirror, on the shower gel dispenser, over the bed, on the sheets and black mold growing on the wall in the shower. There was a cockroach in our room and the amount of mosquitoes was unbelievable. This hotel clearly does not fumigate for mosquitoes regularly. In the common area outside the room, there were loads of ants, a soiled nappy and just general dirt on the ground. The tables in the breakfast room had food wedged down in between the slats. I saw a rat run out of the breakfast room. The water in the swimming pool was cloudy. On our 1st day we visited the gym and I put some rubbish into the trash can. That rubbish was still there on the day that we left. The location of the hotel is absolutely terrible. Although on Google maps it looks like it is positioned close to the beach, there is no direct access. You have to walk around a very busy and unlit road for 1.3 kilometers to get to the beach. The shuttle runs once an hour which is not enough. You definitely need a car if you're staying at this hotel.

We arrived at 16:00 but couldn't check in for an hour because the room wasn't ready. The manager was polite and accommodating and offered us some food in the restaurant while we waited. When I finally got into the room i noticed the toilet wasnt clean nor was there any shampoo. They came to clean the room but we had to ask them twice before we got more shampoo. The pool water was also not great, the pool didn't look like the photos. Despite the shoddy service we tried our best to enjoy but the stay was a bit underwhelming as we were only there for 1 night.

The hotel located quite far from everything. The toilet was clogged, I stayed there 3 nights and this thing happened every single day even though the staff claimed that they fixed it. The pictures of the hotel on the website looked fantastic but in real the swimming pool was really small. It’s very disappointed when seeing the real swimming pool.

The staff were okay and the beds were big. The internet connection was okay too. The breakfast was great.

The room and the hall way to the room are dirty. No one cleans the hall way. The pool is quite small but has fun rides for kids.

As mentioned above I could not find any negatives. However one small suggestion I think the resort should look at and that's having brochures advertising adventures and trips on offer in the Pattaya Area.

Having a excellent managment team that seems to promote Staff Happiness shows up for me giving this resort top marks. I was there for 29 days. It's hard to believe, I can not find any negatives. I have been to 27 countries, stayed at 5 star hotels and I would place this resort close to the top. One has to also consider I usually pay $ 200 Australian or more per night. Centra Maris Jomtien was around $55 Australian per night. Many times the staff went out of there way to help. On one occasion I wanted to visit the Elephant Santuary. My visa card would not pay and many thanks to Golf who is one of the resort workers who found the site I was using was a scam He got the resort to pay then I payed the resort. So so helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I'll be back for 4 weeks next yr.

Hotel was far from jomtien center and beach. We couldn't walk to the beach because there was no footpath, so we had to call a taxi all the time. The location of this hotel is in a very bad place. The rooms had 2 electrical charging sockets, which is very strange and not nice.

1. There was a wing of a dead cockroach behind the bus tub. 2. A lot of water comes out from the gap between the shower room door and the floor. 3. The water in the swimming pool wasn't clear.

1. Reservation Typed in the wrong date of stay, from Saturday, typed on Friday. back on Sunday (need to increase resolution And the receptionist still didn't see it. I notified you at the time of check-in to see. and turned to look at each other And there was no apology. I think it's a matter of great care.) 2. I arrived to check in around 2.45 p.m. and asked the receptionist if I could check-in. The staff replied Have to see if you can get a room or not (I suggest you should answer Please wait a moment. It's short. Enough. Then continue to check the booking. to let the customer know me) 2. For dinner, I had a seafood buffet with very small shrimp. The sheep came without meat, and the mussels and squids were not fresh. I ate 2 people, 5 shrimps, 6 pieces of squid, and 4 mussels. 3. On the 29th, after returning from going out, at 4:00 p.m., I arrived at the key card room. can't enter the room walk back to the front and informed the staff that the key card could not be used. The staff took the key card for about 2 minutes and gave it to me. And informed me that I can use it. / I have to ask what happened, can't do it. The employee replied that the card had expired. I let you know that I walk very far. The staff apologized. (I don't know why or why the staff doesn't know how many nights the guest has booked. Why don't you make a key card? to match the date the customer booked Or must notify the customer from the check-in date that the key card is valid until what date) 4. In The room for the 2nd night, the maid did not clean the leading room because there were still urine stains attached to it that might have been forgotten or not, not sure. 5. Mold stains in the shower room should be cleaned out.

The location requires either a car of your own or dependence on an hourly shuttle to the nearest end of the beach, after which it's over to you to know where to get off the local transport along the front.
